I am going to do a new driveway and
Curb and gutter apron .Also might have to replace some sidewalk.
My question is in the county of Los Angeles ca.
Can you pour the whole project at one time? Or you need to do separate pours. For the curb , gutter and sidewalk…
    Thanks

You guys seem way too relaxed for a flip that is taking this long in a rapidly changing real estate market. What is your secret to maintaining such a level head??

      I guess we’re good actors!! 😂😂
I think it comes from have the right mindset, setting proper expectation, and buying at the right price. First I’d say that Eddy and I both have the mindset of worry about what you can control and ignore what you can’t. Second would be going into this we both had set expectations of spending double our original budget and it taking much longer than we anticipated. Third I believe when you buy at a good price you have more wiggle room to play with.
All this said this first project for us is our tuition, so regardless of what happens on the back side we will have so much more knowledge available to us moving forward that will make this all worth it!
