Join us as we pour a set of concrete steps that nobody else would even bid. We had a couple of extra guys that showed up on this one making it VERY easy! Enjoy.
Isn't that the best feeling in the world when you come home from work and see your kids beautiful smiling faces instantly? That's what makes it all worth it. Love it!
It's crazy how much different our weather is just in Indiana. We been working for almost 2 months already shooting videos too and Def are not wearing coats lol. I poured a huge pad on Saturday in shorts and a t shirt. Keep up the good work
@@jeffmesser3207 that's what's up, I guess mizzu is kinda like indy. But Milwaukee is only a few hours away from indy, but it's that gulf stream I guess. We get that warm Florida and gulf air
I love the happy music playing while youre laying it down....thats the same tune I have in my head while Im pouring and finishing.....most of the time......
I have watched SO many videos and have watched two of your videos on steps, not to mention your driveways and walls. Without fail, your finished product is superior to everyone else. Your precision and attention to detail sets you far apart from the rest. I was a business owner for 30 years in the landscape industry. Few would know how hard it is to run crews, run projects and make customers happy 100% of the time. You balance it all in a very nice way. You have a great work ethic and I appreciate your hard work.
Is Bugs the guy that lived out of the camper? I keep seeing the camper parked in the yard. In his older videos he had a guy working for him that lived out of that camper. If that is not Bugs, what happened to that guy?
Ryan is definitely not your average concrete professional. He takes pride in his work and always does his best to make it look perfect. I wish they were all like Ryan. I recently had my patio stamped and we ended up paying only 80% as the job was done with no care and had numerous issues. So, we paid 80% of the cost and they accepted the outcome. It’s almost as if they knew they did a poor job. Ryan, you are the best barnone.
Good job guys from the uk. Keep us entertaining and engage with your work. You are good, funny and dedicated man and boss. You are fair and honest with your people. Keep up the good work
I like how you guys actually make it a smooth finish. All the concrete contractors here leave the horizontal indentation lines and the surface is never completely flat.
Man I've really missed you're videos all winter long would really like to come to where you work sometime and learn the trade from one of the best and honest people that I've seen
GOOD video ..... Daryl is doing better ..... (so far....) I truly hope he keeps it up !!!! Like him on the crew ! 2 "temps" looked ok .... was worth having the extra manpower on site , just make sure it was DONE !! 😎👍👍
i really enjoy your videos and the beautiful work. makes me remember how i would help my grand father doing side walks etc at his home. he was a jack of all trades and a master mechanic. plus he was also my parrin.
Nice work. I always thought concrete was just a mixture of cement, aggregate and water. When you place the concrete order sounds like ordering Chinese food. 👍
Big thumbs for victory style love your show you're amazing your guys are amazing keep doing a good job you're inspiring us all and big thumbs from Israel
Man I don't even know why I like watching your videos, I never poured concrete, I have no experience working in construction. Seems like the vibe in your crew is so good that it feels good to watch the videos. It even crossed my mind to start working with concrete, problem is that most of the companies need people with experience. If I'd live in the US I'd join your crew if you'd give me a chance. All the best!
So happy the videos are back was waiting for this. Showed my dad your channel hes a finisher here in Canada for the last 23 years for architectural precast he loves your channel!
I think it’s awesome that you have Daryl jr come work with you guys and I’m sure it means a lot to him as well. Even if he doesn’t do much the little things adds up and helps.
@@VictoryOutdoorServices I always enjoy watching Jr when he's on the job with you and the guys and he's one of the guys that no matter the mood really, that fist bump with the "yes sirrr" tells you that it's going to be a good day.
Hello mr Ryan and family and guys. Great video. Cute kids mr Ryan. Im a disabled man from south Carolina and i miss doing construction. Im disabled from back surgery and have to walk with a cane. I got rods screws and a plate in my back. Fracture of the spine. Your videos keep me from being depression. Love watching your videos. And other youtubers video. Could i please get a shout out on your next video. If your ever coming threw south Carolina love to meet you. Thanks for keeping me sane. I hope you have a great day and great week. Could you please tell the guys hello for me. And tell buzzs hello and hope he is feeling better soon. Thanks for your time and help. Your big fan johnnie b.
Maybe we can get a 12 and counting type spin off to this with all the youngsters running around lol. I do like the ending, whether scripted or not. It was like a, this is why I do this, type of ending. Nice to see you back on the concrete. Learn so much from you and how much work goes into these jobs its great to see you not buying up every single "make my life easier" type of equipment, just enough to get the job done and still be competitive in the space. You are a legend.
Ryan I work at UT in Knoxville, TN we do the trash for the campus. I can get you a day on the truck and doing recycle. We need to make this happen this winter. It can be just like the other videos you did over the winter just with Trash lol. We can show you how much garbage we make after a football game. Love your content man been here since video 15. Have a great day tell Autumn hey and Bugs is the best. Go Vols!!!!
Always a pleasure to watch the guys work. The detail and finish is always on point. Another victory style done. Easyyyy money!! Ps. Hope you fixed the window Ryan! 😂
Watching you guys do this job has been a real blast for me, because back when I was doing this kind of work, I can think of maybe two or three jobs that had concrete steps, practically everything was brick row locks around a porch with a brick step. It's great to watch you use those tools to get the steps looking great, I didn't even know that cove tool existed till I saw this job.
Something I didn't realise, until I started watching these videos, is how important the delivery truck driver is to the process. I'd always kinda assumed they just drove the trucks but there's a lot more to their job. I would imagine the driver's experience/skill level can make a huge difference to the jobs. If you were to upset one of these guys, they could spoil your day pretty quickly.😁
Not sure how you don't have 1M+ subscribers. Your videos quality, the intro, how you interact with your staff and clients is outstanding. That shows in the quality of the work you produce. I have no interest in working in concrete, but I watch every one of your videos. It's fantastic entertainment. Hope the weather gets better and you have an fantastic season. I'll be out here quietly watching...... BTW I often wonder how my house makes some much garbage also.
A little tip regarding Darryl's hoodie being covered in grease... blue Dawn dishsoap. I promise. Wipe off as much of the excess grease as you can, squirt a bit of Dawn on the spot, dampen slightly, work it in and then throw it in the washer. In my personal opinion, it would be best to go and wash all the greasy stuff at a laundromat, so that it's not gunking up your machine at home. I can attest to how well it works. I am an artist and when I was having a gallery show several years ago, I realized my only artist's apron was covered in globs of oil paint. I spent an evening on the couch with my daughter picking off the worst of it, then I did as I said above to the spots, chucked it in the washing and it was perfect! There wasn't a single oil spot on that apron come time for the show.
Gotta say I got the best grandpa out there, thanks for putting that in the video Ryan!
Haha awesome
