Wow - Flash backs to when I worked with my favorite boss doing hvac, we'd do simple equipment swaps and then an occasional brand new home, the new homes were cool to do, but I could def see my boss more irritated because there were so many small customer details (like cutting in registers in the right spots, running duct work / returns, coordinating space w/ other trades ect..) The thing was both types of work had there pluses and minuses, the new cons meant 4 days on one site, the swap out meant more wear and tear on the equipment due to more traveling, plus service calls to others since you couldnt make a whole day out of one call / swap out.. def a balancing act, but he was a good man and a great boss, the jobs were always very easy, the money would literally just fall from the insulation in the attics right into the truck.. unbelievable.

I love the look of the wood plank stamp in that particular setting. Being a covered patio. I think it's cool. Don't know if I would use it in a open patio.

So Ryan I have been a carpenter addicted to the Victory style. For moral reasons my job of years fell through. Inspired by you and your crew I applied to a concrete company with no experience besides from what I have seen in your videos. Worked my first job today setting forms for a stamped patio with fireplace. It was not easy money!! Haha but it was hard honest work that thoroughly filled my soul. Many blessings to you, sir!

I have never poured the first inch of concrete in my life, but i am absolutely fascinated by your videos. I've worked blue-collar and white-collar jobs, and blue is the best ever. there's a bond that develops with hands-on crews that you will never find in an office. Keep on, keeping on. you are doing the best job, and your employees know it, and will back you til the end of time.

Everyone has done a good job. The biggest frustrating thing and I hear it in your voice Ryan is when the guy's know that there's a big job on the line and they just call off like it's nothing because they know you're to of a nice guy to say anything or do anything about it. Well I do have to say I enjoyed the 1hour and 5 min video as I was cleaning the kitchen and let the 🐕 out to do there thing. Thanks again Ryan.
