A while ago /TG/ got rid of sleepers and replaced them with stasis beds, but more recently they also got rid of cloning and extended the defib timer. That and chemistry and medicines were completely reworked.

@@darykeng Yeah but Unity Station is a newer server with low pop that could use the attention. Lots of vet players don't want to swap from BYOND, so having new players start with Unity could help keep it alive and populated.

@@Cross31415 well,Unity Station still in development,so there's a lot of things to do and fix,and not everyone know's how to create a server,so,some time is necessary,but one day.
I think I prefer it as it is now since there are so many unrobust marines who don't know BYOND-fu.

Seriously though, these real time physics are a whole new dimension to the SS13 formula. And it's a good thing we're so entertained by them, because other than that and gushing over how good the loot body and right click menus are, THERE'S NOT MUCH ELSE LEFT TO DO!

@@ForgottenInterpolation Cheers for the run-down. I do wanna give SS14 a go at some point, I saw their new UI features and stuff that look fucking awesome (like ammo counters, charge left in flashlight, melee cooldown, that sorta stuff).

Update: The game is now empty and the only hope for it to be picked up is the steam version. If you want to play, please wait until January 2022. Update: Didn't release yet, no update to the Steam page, the Reddit (currently) has 3 people online, and the discord is actually still active with the devs running occasional playtests.

As someone who has never played space station 13 I have to say this version looks infinitely more playable. The controls look bearable compared the the original, the UI looks like an UI instead of like a windows 95 desktop, the game appears to run somewhat smoothly and stuff like line of sight actually doesn't give me an urge to puke just from looking at it.
HOLY SHIT THAT ACTUALLY WAS YOU, I WAS THE DUMBASS PILOTING THE SHUTTLE AT THE START!
