Like I never saw a Jiangshi that doesn't has a talisman on there head but Qiqi is kinda build different since she doesn’t walk like other Jiangshi and she didn’t become a Jiangshi by a spirit possessing her or she waking up by herself from her grave etc other kind of stuff that happens to Jiangshi's but was relived with the power of an Adeptus (Theory's say it's Xiao or Ganyu but most say Xiao) so I think unlike other Jiangshi's the talisman is not that important to her.
i love how we all collectively thought of xiao as qiqi's big brother
