i’m one of the people who knew literally nothing about one piece but just started watching it because I kept seeing the cast interviews, and let me tell you I am actually obsessed with it! everything about the world building to the characters themselves really drew me in and i’m super excited for season 2! honestly I debated starting the actual anime after watching because i’ve probably rewatched the live action 4 times at this point but the idea of 1000+ episodes is very daunting I fear
You absolutely should!!! I started the anime this year and I'm already on the current arc, Egghead. The 1000+ episodes was why I delayed it for all these years, but now there's just not enough episodes to watch. It seriously is amazing, and the Egghead animation is just beautiful.
You can read the manga, i think it's easier. you can fit a read in any brief moment, and the pacing is better. Só after you read a saga/arc, like Arlongs or the next ones, you can go back and watch the parts you think its interested in the anime. I know a youtuber who did this e and liked the idea.
I never wanted to watch one piece cud of how long it is but I FINISHED ALL OF IT IN 2 MONTHS 😍 But i wish i didnt do that cus one piece is on a hiatus for 6 months ☹️ i wish i took my time
3:33 I think the blond kid is suppose to be a young Captain Smoker. In the anime, he was there for the execution. The reason why he hunts Luffy in the first place is because Luffy smiled as Buggy was about to execute him just like Roger did back then.
A friend of mine, who never watched anime, asked me if the show is any good and whats it about. I said "Yes its very good, its like Pirates of the Caribbean meets Alice in Wonderland" 😂
Whem somebody ask me i say, imagine if Pirates of Caribeam had the worldbuilding of Lord of The Rings and the protagonists of Guardians of Galaxy and you have One Piece. Usually works.
I tend to describe is as being somewhat visually similar to Hook, what with the elaborate practical sets and amazing costuming, and there being this warm, sunny glow in so many of the scenes.
Iñaki Godoy is an absolute treasure! He absolutely makes this show!! Sooo cute, endearing, and fully embodies Luffy. Also you’re right he went on a voyage that lasted 80 days sailing all around the Caribbean.
It makes me so proud of my friends who worked in the costume dept at CTFS (it was shot in my hometown) and seeing friends I went to school with actually in the series is fantastic!
Do you guys think Sanji was tearing up at Nami's backstory because it was about a mother who made the ultimate sacrifice for her children who were left without any figure of support. just saying
When I first watched this, I had never even heard of One Piece. Now I'm a couple hundred episodes in on the anime, and my son was Roronora Zoro for Halloween because we are watching the anime together. All because the live action was that good.
Amazing! What do you think? I saw the anime first and loved it, but I also love the live action...hard to pick which is better for me. They're just different.
I’m waiting on wit studio’s The One Piece to introduce my parents. I’m already watched/read up to a certain part, but I’m totally for the live action and hoping the remake will get the love as well
@@katerobinson1968 So I do love the anime, but in so many places it seems to drag on even though the storytelling is excellent. I’m thinking of the Dressrosa arc and much of Wano. I love that the live action already has the foresight though of all the world building and story telling. If the live action can keep up this level of quality, and just nerfing nobodies like Kreig, then it may be my favorite rendition of this world, Oda-senpai permitting
20:30 this isnt true, nami didnt wanna join the crew, zoro seemed pretty neutral towards nami but literally as soon as luffy gets him his swords and lets him out when he stops axehand morgan from hitting luffy and luffy says “thanks zoro” he immediately says “no problem captain” he was fully on board as soon as luffy fulfilled his end of the bargain. He even calls him pirate king during his speech to never lose again after losing to mihawk

2:49:07 Garp said training and I suddenly heard the clanging and sickening crunching of broken knuckles on the busted bulkheads of battered and beaten Battleships...
So... Anyone else can't help laughing at Zeff calling Sanji a little eggplant? It's not even just the food bit but it you remember what people use the emoji for, it makes it funnier. I also found out that there are apparently japanese eggplants that are longer and skinner than the kind we see over here in the US. It makes so much more sense why the eggplant emoji became a thing and now I can't stop laughing when I here Zeff call him that. XD
I think Netflix will infact release this show on Bluray. They have released Orange Is The New Black, House of Cards, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and Stranger Things.
It’s like a SUPER minor thing. But one thing I really liked about the live action just as a show standing by itself is that at 35:41, when Zoro is choking him out, he uses his forearm. It drives me nuts when someone in a movie or show uses the crook of their elbow because there’s still space to breathe! That won’t work! So I got really excited when I saw that lol (Also I guess safety pointers for anyone reading this, maneuver your throat into the crook of the elbow if someone is trying to choke you)
As a fan of One Piece( and a variety of other manga, comics and books), I NEVER want an adaptation to be one for one the same. I don't want to be able to predict the story because of my knowledge of the source material. Change and differences are what draw me in to adaptations.
1:23:00 in case noones mentioned it. The actor that plays zoro has had many samurai style roles (including live action ruroni kenshin movies) and formal training. His father was a samurai actor in many Japanese films ❤
Watching you guys ogle and fanboy over this fills me with such a feeling I cant describe. There are SO many things to find when you rewatch it too. The detail and care that went into this feels rewarding to everyone involved. Even though they changed some things it still works, while having the whimsy of One piece. Like someone else said, having the knowledge of what happens very early makes it easier to play out.
glad you guys put the whole set up! I'll admit it was the original trailer for the live action that got me to finally read the manga and I've loved it ever since! Took me a few months but now i eagerly await the chapter updates every week!
Glad this is a compilation now This was the first set of videos I watched from your channel and made me sub given how excited y'all were for the show, which I'm super glad about because this was a great series!
Never watched or read One Piece, my bf had gotten into the anime and is caught up, probably skipped filler. We both absolutely loved the live action and watched it multiple times. I love seeing people react to it especially you guys since you know the Manga and anime so you can give insight I wouldn't know otherwise.
Love your reactions guys. I wonder when the next season is going to be. I can't to see more of the live action. Despite what some people say, I definitely love this live action and the casts.
I wonder what you guys are thinking about the Season 2 castings. They are all solid! Especially Nico Robin! She’s beautiful! And the more I look into Lera Abova, the more I see she’s a great fit for Robin.
In addition to having a famous father, Zoro's actor is also quite experienced in his own right. He's played several roles in action movies as a swordsman / martial artist.
While I LOVE the main character casting done by Oda, Mad props need to be given to the regular casting director because each actor and actress embodied their roles. This is the embodiment of living your roles. Especially the buggy and Mihawk.
Ritchie *_was_* in the show, but only in a poster on a wall within the circus :P Truth be told, I was happy with all but 3 changes, which happened in Arlong Park. 1- The whole twist of the story of the village. By that I mean the fact that the village didn't knew about Nami. 2- No Hachi. 3- Ussop Hammer... Also, a funny thing about french is that Belle-mère = mother in law or step mom . Meanwhile "Belle-sœur = sister in law" while "Demi-sœur = stepsister".
Even though the anime had a beautiful story, you have to remember that essentially the villagers let Nami suffer for years, without doing anything at all, even though they all knew. They could have saved up in secret... even just a little bit and then given her the money in the end, when she was close. It had been 8 years, so they should know that she didn't want to give up at that point (or even earlier). My guess is to why they didn't follow the story in the LA adaptation, is because it would make everyone look absolutely horrible to make a 10 year old girl suffer, without doing a single thing. With the short time they had, they couldn't make it hit right for a general audience. But that is just my guess.
@@TankInATree I mean quite the opposite in my point of view. The villagers knew and never told Nami for her sake. They basically suffered through it silently because they wanted Nami to be free to leave whenever she felt like it became too much to bear. I do see your point, but I still much prefer the original story over that for Kokoyashi village. The I'm totally fine with all other changes really [Excepting the missing Hachi] , but that one felt too much (flip sided).
One thing that I think they are doing better than the anime (please don't hate me too much) is make it more digestible. Enough of the elements of the original (the manga) remains to stay faithful, while cutting enough out and changing enough, to keep the plot moving and engaging and true to the original concept.
2:26:00 - whisky have more alcool, so it taks a lot longer to get bad. I other words, is Garp's ways of saying he don't need to give up to nex gen cuz he isn't waisting his prime, is still getting better.
I love this live action series so sooooo much! And it all comes down to the casting. Luffy is perfect! Also I think the start of this series is way better paced than the anime. It doesn’t take 30 episodes to get the crew together and an ark started.
Unpopular opinion - I tried watching One Piece when I was younger and tapped out (like 4 episodes of season 1). I just couldn’t do it, didn’t care, and even though people keep telling me it’s amazing and I just needed to get further, especially now that it’s over 1000 episodes and not even close to over? Just no. Then the live action came out, my friend wanted to watch it and I figured, “Fine, I at least want to see if I can understand where everyone is coming from.” I freaking loved this. I wasn’t expecting to get so invested so fast, I cried like every episode, I loved every character, and it was just so good. This live action show was so good it convinced me to start the manga. So yeah, I need a season 2.
At the start when they are trying to figure out who the blond kid was, the only reason I know is because I'm doing a rewatch of the anime, but that has to be Smoker, he tells a story about being present for the execution.
i loved the live action, because as a massive one piece fan who knows the story already, the changes they made make it feel like i'm watching for the first time again. something i feel like a lot of fans wish they could do.
I met my best friend in college Micronesia. She introduced me to this show the Manga but I didn’t finish its a lot 😅 I bought her the recent English version of the updated season when I went to Japan for a student exchange program. I then introduced her to ATLA and they are almost similar not the same but almost the same. ❤
P.S. My view on your question is that I feel that this will be even more popular than the anime (because of how many people think of anime as comics. which is saying something.
ODA THE GOAT. they asked him hey we wanna do the assassin from baroque works that zoro met and have them fight what would he look like. Oda took a sketch book drew a picture handed it to them and went he looks like that. also zoro's first finishing move better be the LIONS SONG! much as i love this telling, there's just something about luffy's entrance at arlong park, where he breaks down the door, asks who's arlong and he goes that's me and immediately gets punched
The thing I was most worried about in this season was the Mihawk, Zoro fight. I couldn't see how they would pull that off and they surpassed every expectation and wish I had. The fact that the person who played Mihawek originally thought they wanted to have him cast the part and not play it blows my mind.
Look if people want to bitch about how they changed the story and want to enjoy it as the anime or manga told it they can go fuckin find. We us here we love this show as this presents it Baratie and Arlong Park are my favorite and they did fine here. The whole point is that this is an ADAPTATION a different view of the story we all enjoy. Seriously fuckin hate the internet sometimes
Death note had a live action adaptation too And people hated it. Anime live adaptations have a history of being hated for a reason. Veering away from canon and telling "Their" view of the story isn't always a good thing. Usopp was not done well in the Netflix version. He was a bumbling idiot with his brave moments taken away from him. Ex: Bravely standing up to fight Chuu in canon. But in the Live action they have him get caught and not give him his brave moment.
1:36:04 - Why would people correct you for pronouncing "Baratie" correctly? The name is based on the French word "baraterie", which means "embezzlement by the captain of a watercraft", and on real-life pirate Jean Lafitte's headquarters, Barataria Island in Louisiana.
I gave one piece a try way ago and just didn’t really get into the anime much. I disliked how they handled the villain captains and how little story there was (or rather how long you had wait for the next snippet) but I did like the live action. I think the story is being told way better and paced better than the anime did. I don’t see how people can hate on this.
Not sure if I didn't see your og reactions or if after 500+ one piece episodes I can just understand so much more of what you're saying it's like new content 😂 either way, can't wait for season 2 and great reactions
In Fairness, I suspect Skypia is gonna get skipped because of how basically nothing of value happens, and how even more expensive the sets would need to be for it. I can see season 4 starting with them at least meeting the modern Nolan, and then it would go straight into Water 7 because that's probably the second most important arc from the pre-time-skip Grand line sagas.
@@EnerKaizer Not gonna be skiped. Matt Owens belive Skypea holds important information to the future of One Piece. And i think he kinda asked Oda about but didn't got a straight answer.
Regarding One Piece, I am really looking forward to the Reaction Video for the Fan Letter Episode from you all; it's an episode that evokes a lot of emotions if you're a fan of OP.
This adaptation, while having flaws, is beloved by almost everyone despite them because it gets one thing right a lot of adaptations don't RESPECT It adapts, while keeping the spirit of the original completely intact. The show is still goofy but toned down enough to make it work in the new medium while not removing it all together, adds new elements that enhance what was already here, And everything's the characters do feels in character to the Manga versions Even luffy not being hungry because he's worried about zoro works because while he is obsessed with food, he cares about his crew more, so him thinking too much about the safety of his first mate to think about food at all doesn't feel completely out of character either, it's a change that works for this new medium.
I haven’t seen the anime or read the manga but I loved the show! My only real reason for not getting into One Piece is that it’s so intimidating with just how much there is to read/ watch
@@z34567890123456 i kinda think MCU mad think people look at big stories like it is homework, but its not. i would not recomend the anime cuz you need to stand still watching each episode, but the manga you can read anywhere at any time. Buggy was done so well. The reason for the dark lighting inside the circus tent isn't just because it's a show but also it helps misdirect people in the tent so when he knocks out Luffy you you can imagine exactly how Buggy did it
I doubt the live-action series will fully adapt the series so far but if they are, this is how I would break it down (with each season given between 8 to 12 episodes). S2: Loguetown to Drum Island S3: Alabasta Arc S4: Skypiea to Water 7 S5: Enies Lobby to Thriller Bark S6: Summit War Arc S7: Fishman Island and Punk Hazard S8: Dressrosa Arc S9: Zou and Whole Cake Island S10: Wano Arc S11: Egghead
I think another detail I love about the Sanji/Zeff thing is that he gave Sanji the only knife. Zeff used a sharp rock to take his leg off, he didn't have a weapon or anything, he gave it to Sanji to use if he needed it.
this is alongside Rourouni Kenshin for best lie action adaptation imo Also my guess is we'll get Loguetown/Alabasta arc for next season Also also I highly recommend people watch BlindWave's reaction to One piece LA cos Rick is a big one piece fan & Eric had only seen the 1st 5 or so eps, so it was a fan & a newbie & they both loved it
I love the fight scenes in this show. They made them as close to the anime as possible without making it look too unrealistic. Like Luffy punching a marine 12 feet in the air with an uppercut or Zoro sending Morgan flying with a sword strike.

@@jimkyfication same here. I started in April and im almost done wholecake island. ill probably be caught up by the time the hiatus is over
Try reading the manga. It's a lot faster, since the anime drags especially in the later episodes.

I think the blond kid is suppose to be a young Captain Smoker.
That’s honestly not an untrue comparison.
I usually describe one piece as Game of Thrones meets Looney Tunes
Whem somebody ask me i say, imagine if Pirates of Caribeam had the worldbuilding of Lord of The Rings and the protagonists of Guardians of Galaxy and you have One Piece. Usually works.
That is such a fitting description it's actually scary.
I tend to describe is as being somewhat visually similar to Hook, what with the elaborate practical sets and amazing costuming, and there being this warm, sunny glow in so many of the scenes.
The blonde kid that you guys mentioned in the execution was supposed to be Smoker I believe.
The live action got me to finally start the anime. Introduced me to the magic and now I've just finished the marineford war arc. Thank you netflix.
That's awesome. Marineford arc is so great. It gets even better. Have fun!
@@benjaminroe311ify update, it has slapped so far, have just started Punk Hazard
you'll definitely like the fan letter episode.
I find it funny that the Narrator of the live action one piece is Black Beard from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies Lol
This live action is what introduced me to the anime. I spent the last year getting all caught up
Sometimes Inaki get's this little gremlin voice with Luffy and I just really love it.
LOL fr menace luffy 😭
20:30 this isnt true, nami didnt wanna join the crew, zoro seemed pretty neutral towards nami but literally as soon as luffy gets him his swords and lets him out when he stops axehand morgan from hitting luffy and luffy says “thanks zoro” he immediately says “no problem captain” he was fully on board as soon as luffy fulfilled his end of the bargain.
He even calls him pirate king during his speech to never lose again after losing to mihawk
Mackenyu has also portrayed Okuyasu Nijimura in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable Chapter I (2017), Sōta in Tokyo Ghoul S (2019), Yukishiro Enishi in Rurouni Kenshin: The Final (2021), Pegasus Seiya in Knights of the Zodiac, and Scar in the Netflix distributed sequels to the live-action FMA movie, he was also Eiji Tomari the future son of Shinosuke Tomari/Kamen Rider Drive, and by extension he played the human form of the Roidmude who killed him, disguised as him and appropriated his belt from his corpse, in the process becoming Dark Drive.
During Luffy's backstory, they're playing Binks' Sake at the bar
You can see Pearl's dead body behind Krieg and Mihawk when Krieg is dead. It's really cool they gave him the costume.
1:07:53 in fairness, he also ate the whole gum gum fruit and even is on record saying it tastes bad so I think Luffy just eating it all regardless LOL
So I got really excited when I saw that lol
(Also I guess safety pointers for anyone reading this, maneuver your throat into the crook of the elbow if someone is trying to choke you)
Rear naked chokes work by stopping blood flow. Not because of breath.
THEY DIDN'T NOTICE WE ARE 😭😭
As a fan of One Piece( and a variety of other manga, comics and books), I NEVER want an adaptation to be one for one the same.
This show makes me so happy, every time I watch it I have such a big smile on my face, and I cry a bit when the scenes just hit.
Zoro “I was trying to get back to the house ,…” ( uh the house that the well is right in front of.?…)😂
the live action is what convinced me to watch the anime .and now I’m caught up 😭😭😭🌸
Glad this is a compilation now This was the first set of videos I watched from your channel and made me sub given how excited y'all were for the show, which I'm super glad about because this was a great series!
Small kid with the green jacket was Smoker
Never watched or read One Piece, my bf had gotten into the anime and is caught up, probably skipped filler. We both absolutely loved the live action and watched it multiple times. I love seeing people react to it especially you guys since you know the Manga and anime so you can give insight I wouldn't know otherwise.
Love your reactions guys. I wonder when the next season is going to be. I can't to see more of the live action. Despite what some people say, I definitely love this live action and the casts.
"Yo why ya milking these for money?"
-Says every basement dweller that doesn't understand how binges or RUclips works. 💜
This series is an example of adaptations that bring in new fans. Like, I hope they go for even more episodes and more nitty gritty character arcs.
I wonder what you guys are thinking about the Season 2 castings. They are all solid!
Especially Nico Robin! She’s beautiful! And the more I look into Lera Abova, the more I see she’s a great fit for Robin.
by the way the blonde kid at the start that yall thought was buggy was actually Smoker when he was a kid.
Also, the banter and camaraderie of the crew is amazing!.
Zoro has a famous father might explain his sword skills (Sonny Chiba) also Buggy you may know from Agents of Shield he was Fitz Simmons' Son Deke Shaw
Ritchie *_was_* in the show, but only in a poster on a wall within the circus :P
Truth be told, I was happy with all but 3 changes, which happened in Arlong Park.
I do love that Copy shows Garps influence (I expect that Garp is fostering assertiveness and command).
Honestly it was way better than I was expecting, my favorite change had to be how the Kuro Arc played out like a slasher flick.
Y’all are the best. I love seeing people excited about what they love
P.S. the actors portraying the younger versions of the main characters deserve their own Oscars for their work as well.
i loved the live action, because as a massive one piece fan who knows the story already, the changes they made make it feel like i'm watching for the first time again. something i feel like a lot of fans wish they could do.
Actually Oda allowed Matt Owens to introduce Garp earlier than he did, because Matt beg him… and at the end Oda got convinced.
Matt Owens is Goated. His favorite strawhat is Robin. He has fine taste and knows his shit.
2:07:29 ALMOST SAID LUCY, I see you Ruff. Gonna start calling you Ruffbecca in my head. 😁🏴☠
I love watching your videos!
The thing I was most worried about in this season was the Mihawk, Zoro fight. I couldn't see how they would pull that off and they surpassed every expectation and wish I had. The fact that the person who played Mihawek originally thought they wanted to have him cast the part and not play it blows my mind.
I loved the show so much i watched a lot of reaction videos and you guys have the most informed reaction.
Thanks for covering this!
Jeff ward the actor for buggy I am so actively inlove with him he was in agents of shield and another Netflix original called brand new cherry flavor
I'll just say that Game OF Thrones should get ready because with the next seasons they're going to break records. WHAT A TIME TO BE A ONE PIECE FAN ❤
1:36:04 - Why would people correct you for pronouncing "Baratie" correctly? The name is based on the French word "baraterie", which means "embezzlement by the captain of a watercraft", and on real-life pirate Jean Lafitte's headquarters, Barataria Island in Louisiana.
Buggy ended up being my favorite part of the live action adaptation.
As a huge One Piece fan I don't mind the Garp story stuff, but I will never tell someone to watch the live action first because of it though.
I was waiting for this for so long
I gave one piece a try way ago and just didn’t really get into the anime much.
It's highly unlikely but imagine they manage to get Eminem to play Enel
In Fairness, I suspect Skypia is gonna get skipped because of how basically nothing of value happens, and how even more expensive the sets would need to be for it.
I can see season 4 starting with them at least meeting the modern Nolan, and then it would go straight into Water 7 because that's probably the second most important arc from the pre-time-skip Grand line sagas.
@EnerKaizer it's the showrunners favorite arc, he's talked about how excited he is to get a chance to adapt it. It's not getting skipped
@@EnerKaizer Not gonna be skiped. Matt Owens belive Skypea holds important information to the future of One Piece. And i think he kinda asked Oda about but didn't got a straight answer.
I am 100% sure the costume people took inspiration from some cosplayers because this looks so damn good
Fun fact. when you are on a ship, you aren't swaying, to you, you are stationary.
I was waiting for this binge!!
I love how krieg is dead in this, because he's very alive in the manga
Regarding One Piece, I am really looking forward to the Reaction Video for the Fan Letter Episode from you all; it's an episode that evokes a lot of emotions if you're a fan of OP.
This adaptation, while having flaws, is beloved by almost everyone despite them because it gets one thing right a lot of adaptations don't
RESPECT
It adapts, while keeping the spirit of the original completely intact. The show is still goofy but toned down enough to make it work in the new medium while not removing it all together, adds new elements that enhance what was already here, And everything's the characters do feels in character to the Manga versions
Even luffy not being hungry because he's worried about zoro works because while he is obsessed with food, he cares about his crew more, so him thinking too much about the safety of his first mate to think about food at all doesn't feel completely out of character either, it's a change that works for this new medium.
It really makes easier to get caught up if that's your goal. But The anime just really enjoyable. If you don't care to get caught up, just enjoy the ride. And sooner tham you think you watched it all.
@@z34567890123456 The paradox of One Piece is that you start out thinking there's too much of it and by the time you approach the end you realize there's too little of it.
On Episode 2 I'm pretty sure i saw Buggy's foot on Zoro's Sword, i thought that a requirement of Buggy's ability is that his feet must stay on the ground
Not better than the anime
Better than most anime live action adaptations
Its better than the anime for me simply because i can follow the story a lot better imo
I'm not really a one piece fan but the live action got me into it
@@diggydiggydwarf34 my grandparents hate anime and think they're childish. So they enjoyed the live action more. This is what live action is all about, bringing more people to the franchise even if it's in a different medium.
@@polpogiorno1115I hate parents that thinks animation are only meant for children. It’s medium that can be for adults and children, or general public. Many of the most popular anime are the most violent thing you could see!
@@GreatgunYu It’s because the majority of western animation is geared towards children so it will have that stigma.
Yes finally!! Its fun seeing Nami and Ussop on screen again, I spoke to them at galaxycon Richmond back in the summer. They were both very nice!!
Buggy was done so well. The reason for the dark lighting inside the circus tent isn't just because it's a show but also it helps misdirect people in the tent so when he knocks out Luffy you you can imagine exactly how Buggy did it
Loved the opinions on the changes, just kinda sad that they missed Binks’ Sake and the first We Are
To answer the video title , hell no the anime is god tier.
I doubt the live-action series will fully adapt the series so far but if they are, this is how I would break it down (with each season given between 8 to 12 episodes).
S2: Loguetown to Drum Island
S3: Alabasta Arc
S4: Skypiea to Water 7
S5: Enies Lobby to Thriller Bark
S6: Summit War Arc
S7: Fishman Island and Punk Hazard
S8: Dressrosa Arc
S9: Zou and Whole Cake Island
S10: Wano Arc
S11: Egghead
I think another detail I love about the Sanji/Zeff thing is that he gave Sanji the only knife. Zeff used a sharp rock to take his leg off, he didn't have a weapon or anything, he gave it to Sanji to use if he needed it.
One of my favorite binges to rewatch
My sister doesn't like anime but she loves the live action one piece.😂 I really enjoyed it too I love what they did.
Fishman Karate....Cobra KOI?
this is alongside Rourouni Kenshin for best lie action adaptation imo
Also my guess is we'll get Loguetown/Alabasta arc for next season
Also also I highly recommend people watch BlindWave's reaction to One piece LA cos Rick is a big one piece fan & Eric had only seen the 1st 5 or so eps, so it was a fan & a newbie & they both loved it
I love the fight scenes in this show. They made them as close to the anime as possible without making it look too unrealistic. Like Luffy punching a marine 12 feet in the air with an uppercut or Zoro sending Morgan flying with a sword strike.
3:00 it's Smoker I think
That’s who I was thinking too.
Yes. It must be Smoker 😊
The kid was Smoker bc he was at the execution as well.
I agree with you guys 100%. Been a fan of the anime for a looooong time and I think they nailed the live action. Thanks for the reaction guys, much love from Alaska! 😁✌
