After watching several of your videos in a row, I was reminded of a recent purchase I made that may help you and other resin artists out there. To prevent micas from not mixing thoroughly, I purchased epoxy dispersion fluid. I believe it's made by alumilite but I purchased it from Stone Coat Countertops. There is a thick one and a thin one. You mix a mica powder into an amount you choose of the dispersion fluid depending on how transparent/opaque you want it to be. That way when you mix your resin, you're mixing all liquids so the mica powders are already mixed in leaving less chance of tadpoles or bits of mica powders sinking to the bottom or rising to the top. I haven't received mine yet so I can't say whether I like it or not but I hope that helps someone out there!
PLEASE do live! I would wake up early to watch a live! I'd stay up late for a live! I can't do any of this kind of stuff but watching you is a great stress relief, you're so wholesome and your art is relaxing to watch!
I know others like live videos. Not me, but if the subject is interesting, I might go back and watch later. It's just they tend to go on so long with so much empty spaces and greetings back and forth. I enjoy the style your do now. Wanted to tell you I bought (from Etsy) some custom football acrylic shapes about the size you have in your mold. Gonna try my hand at making my own mold! Wish me luck! As always, your work is fabulous, and please keep it coming!
Only 9 months late...still going through all your prior videos! These. Are. Gorgeous! I love copper to pieces. Combined with the luscious amber and brown, plus gold, they are spectacular! My mom would have LOVED these, as well! 😊 Definitely gold edging to make a beautiful contrast to the copper. I have always loved the combination of those two metals.
Those are so pretty. I can't hardly wait to see the peacock colored ones. I had a peacock feather. I so love the colors. God's amazing creations. 😊💗💗💗😍
Love love love your work! Please keep experimenting and trying new ideas. I’m sure theres more great discoveries just around the corner! Can’t wait for your next video!
I just wanted to say that you are my inspiration watching you I have learned so much about doing resin pieces I am new to resin I haven't been doing it quite a year and I just love the stuff you do and can't wait to start buying your mold s I am from the United States from Utah and I just have to say I am a fan of all that you do and I want to thank you for putting your stuff out there helping to teach us what to do how to do it and to not be afraid of making mistakes so again I thank you
Oh Julie, they are spectacular! ❤️ If you decide to go live, I’m in the UK, and would stay up all night to watch you.😁 I don’t think I’ve watched any of your ‘experiments’ that have not been fabulous. Thank you for taking the time to show us. ❤️❤️❤️
These came out gorgeous! I think these are my favorites so far. I can’t wait to see you try the peacock colors again. Thank you for being so persistent and perfecting this technique. The scales get better with each pour. ❤️
These would make gorgeous clock faces! The earth tones sort of have a southwest (U.S.) look to them as well, I can see a kokopelli or other silhouette in a clear layer on top. Just beautiful as they are though, thanks for this amazing video!
Gorgeous! These turned out beautifully! Absolutely LOVE them! Another success! I liked the last set, also. I am a sucker for copper! I would love for you to do another live stream! Resin doesn't exactly lend itself to livestream, though. We would have to continue 6-8 hours later! I would definitely watch, acrylic or resin! Thank you, Julie. I thoroughly enjoy all your videos! Take care and stay safe!
Really cool! Personally I like the copper edging instead of the gold! You make me want to try and make some! Great job!! You are goingcto Rock the peacock colors!
AMAZING, unique! With love from Russia! P.S. I'm wondering if you can imitate rose quartz with resin? I think the transparent rose base and white lines over it would look exactly like the stone! You should definitely try it when you're out of ideas. Have a great day! You for sure brightened up mine, thanks! :)
Just beautiful. Colors are awesome. Have had a question for some time. Why do you pour a circle of clear in the center? Appearance wise, a colored resin might look prettier. Just wondering.
They remind me of the ancient Roman floor mosaics - but also the one at 24:40 looks kind of like a circle of trees with the sun high in the sky above them.
These are really pretty. The colors and designs look like African art. What a gorgeous table top that would make!
A live would be the ultimate. Please go live. I’ve been watching your videos for almost a year now and you never cease to amaze me. Beautiful job.
Oh yes you've done it again! Beautiful 💖💖💖👏👏👏🇦🇺

Oh that's too funny. I replied that I wanted to do some with gold or metallics and you just had! Great minds think alike. Just gorgeous!.

Julie, you are awesome! These coasters are like golden dragons.

Hello! nice work, reminds me of the animalier style. very very nice.
Love the color combination. Gorgeous.
Those are beautiful! ♥️
They turned out gorgeous! Love the colors, Julie😃
These are stunning, Julie! I adore them. Thanks for sharing! 😍
Love these! The veins are beautiful
They are beautiful. Maybe the copper is lighter because lightened by white. Lessen white maybe. But they great. A pueblo sunrise. Take care.
Just uploaded a video of some "alligator skin" coasters. Dragon scales sounds more like it. Gorgeous as always, Julie!
If you want to keep the white use a pigment paste. Try Mrs colorberry crystal white paste and it will stay. Good luck.

Great colors! Really like these. Congratulations, it worked. 😉 Lol, too funny giving your pen a haircut, I do that with my cleaning sponges. Oh my.

They remind me of the intricate metal work on ancient shields.
Love this 💕
I'm going to put a green or blue in the middle to make it look like an eye
Really cool! Personally I like the copper edging instead of the gold! You make me want to try and make some! Great job!! You are goingcto Rock the peacock colors!
Awesome!

MARAVILHOSO !!!

What is it that actually causes them to crackle? They are awesome!
Awesome coasters! What causes the crackling effect?
Awesome as ALWAYS....
Are these cells created naturally or with alcohol or silicon ...? Please guide...
Very like always
AMAZING, unique! With love from Russia!

Yes please do alive won that be great
When I look at them I think of tree rings, they look great.
Beautiful. I think you should have put a bit of glitter or flakes in the middle.
I would love a live I’m always telling to you responding but you can her me 😂😂
Just beautiful. Colors are awesome. Have had a question for some time. Why do you pour a circle of clear in the center? Appearance wise, a colored resin might look prettier. Just wondering.
I was wondering the same thing. I’d prefer not having the clear center. Wondered if the clear was what pulled the colors into the center?
It pushes the other rings to the outside
They have kind of a stone look to me. I liked them when they had just the black edge but they’re gorgeous either way 💖
great coasters ! what about sun set colours next? (pink red orange yellow and gold)
Success!
I Love these

Just Resin do a beautiful orange lustre pigment paste. I think its called tangerine 🍊
They make me hungry reminds me of pancakes 🥞.
Just want a little chuckles .
