Great training for entry into the business. WM train lots of drivers who end up working for other waste haulers who don’t send you through all hoops and shenanigans that WM does. If WM would train their managers to be more focused on people rather than rules, then they wouldn’t need drivers all the time. Not speaking on what I’ve heard, speaking from experience.

No they don't they are not required to have a/c they are only required to have heat

Of the trucks do have AC. Now if it works is another question. Friend of mine works for WM and he says the AC doesn’t always work.

Whats are the qualification to be a WM driver? I want to be part of the family.
You need at least a Class B CDL. Some roll off positions required a Class A.
I have a Class A license, do they have recruiter?
