Dear Mr Ong, I am doing a reflective variable as independent variables toward dependent variables. Namely spirit at work toward job satisfaction and spirit at work toward organizational commitment. Would it be ok to use PLS? Spirit at work is a reflective of 4 dimensions. Thanks a lot

I have 4 constructs, 3 of them is using reflective measurement, and 1 construct uses formative measurement, Can we use both reflective and formative measurements on the same path diagram?
