Dear Mr Ong, I am doing a reflective variable as independent variables toward dependent variables. Namely spirit at work toward job satisfaction and spirit at work toward organizational commitment. Would it be ok to use PLS? Spirit at work is a reflective of 4 dimensions. Thanks a lot
