Thank you for the great video. Can you please tell, what if the value of a few constructs in Fornell Lacker criteria is negative e.g. Job satisfaction is -.024.
Similar if any HTMT are in negative. How to interpret it. e.g in your model, if you had the job satisfaction HTMT value in minus like -.044 then how to interpret it. is it okay to get the value negative?
    Thank You

Thank you. regarding the formative indicators don't need to check the outer weight in the Measurement model?

thank you so much for your video! but i have a question. for other path coefficiencts, should we follow the lower-level result or the HOC (second step) result?

Dear Dhaval, the video is very good and well explained. But i am having an issue with the formative measurement. e.g. i created the data file of LV scores JS, EP, and OC after running the same path model. I linked the LV scores directly to the HOC and inverted the construct for formative. But there are no weights (in your case these are numbers with significant level for formative indicators) rather, my results are showing 1.000 (NaN) for all three indicators. Also for the formative indicators arrow is visible as only a line instead of normal arrow :(.It was running fine without the update of pls4. now it is giving this error. I tried everything but was unable to understand. Please, if you can suggest something.

@dhaval mehta sir I have a reflective formative construct which has 5 subdimensions sir while making hypothesis should I should direct link between my refformative construct with DV or I need to hypothesize it's subdimensions as well

Good morning sir, if in the literature a construct is taken as reflective and in other literature a construct is taken as formative, which one should we follow?

Sir, In literature if a construct is never considered as ref-form (2nd order) construct, only mentioned as either first order reflective or all the indicators of its three dimensions are used as reflective. Can I take these three dimensions of the constructs to second order ref-form.. or ref-ref?

One more question In redundancy analysis my path coefficient is .665 which is less than .70 but my outer weights are significant and vif all are less than 5. So should I move forward?
