Ghostwatch and Late Night With The Devil

Ghostwatch and Late Night With The Devil share a basic premise but with a different approach and results. Ghostwatch focuses upon using modern (at the time) medium to suggest spooky goings on during a live broadcast. Late Night With The Devil suggests a historical document with a supernatural subject. One is low-key effective while the other is broader, which loses the horror. Both have merits but Ghostwatch is the stronger film.

Ghost watch is worth the time to see. It's very well made and far better than the gimmick it sounds like. Late night you can skip with nothing lost
