Nice '64 Scout. Minor details: incorrect tailgate is a glaring error in such a fine restoration. Bumpers should be light grey, not white. Hook on hood for latching windshield should be body color, not black. Steering wheel appears to be upside down. Inside door handles should be mounted so they point up (vertically) not horizontally.
Most of what I see on "bring a trailer" is way too expensive. I know the cost of restoring a vehice , I've done a few. It's very expensive and time comsuming. And International's are hard to find parts for, I'm doing a '67 step side 1100 2wd 6 cylinder. Parts are non existing.

I have a scout 80, the body was just on the verge of it nonlt being worth fooling with, but it only has 49,000 miles on it so im keeping it
