Ich habe Deinen Kuchen heute gebacken. Du solltest Deine Zuckerangaben nochmal überdenken. Die Menge ist ja heftig. Für den gesamten Kuchen fast 1 kg Zucker. Für den Teig habe ich 200g anstatt 440g genommen. Das war genau die richtige Menge. Für die Erdnussbuttercreme habe ich 250g Puderzucker anstatt 500g genommen und es war immer noch wirklich eklig süß. Insgesamt habe ich 500g weniger Zucker benutzt als in Deinem Rezept und zusätzlich habe ich auch noch Erdnussbutter ohne Zucker verwendet. Und durch die Menge an Wasser im Teig schmeckt er auch genauso, leider wässrig.
