Bettendorf is the only city here that's really growing. When it comes to new homes being built they are here mostly. A few areas on the far north part of dav is getting a few new homes being built. Out near 67th and Eastern Ave.
Love the analysis brother do you have a site you are getting data from? Thinking about coming back from Chicago to buy a home and been in research mode
The population numbers are just a quick Google search other than that it's just information that I know about the area. What area do you want to be in?
Born and raised in Davenport. Have been away for about 32 years. Every time I visit, it seems the city has sunk into its own depression. Streets are not maintained. Buildings falling down. West end is a shithole. All business is up around 53rd. Visits are always so depressing.
I totally get what you mean, but his channel doesn't really seem to focus on events that are going on at the moment. If he talked about pride month events, the video would be outdated in like 2 weeks. So it isn't just LGBT events he leaves out, I think he just focuses on bigger picture QC history/locations
@joeydryoel3866 You are right on the money. This channel isn't too much about the here and now. I do have a Facebook group of the same name that focuses on the events going on the in the Quad Cities. That being said I am a little behind in keeping that up to date.

definitely on my list of potential areas to purchase a home. not too worried about big city amenities. don't want any big city problems or annoyances.

So Eldridge is on here but not colona?
Davenport is the big kahuna!
It sure is!
I watch your videos but am disappointed that you don’t EVER mention LGBTQ events, festivals etc….especially during Pride month 😢
because no one cares about that shit.

That's because he's a realtor and most realtors don't wanna scare off potential buyers. Iowa is very conservative here.
