The farther I got into this video the more I see someone didn't actually watch it all. But that is on par for today's society. Little research Big comments.

I was under the impression that complementarianism detracts from patriarchy and male leadership. I need to do more research on the subject.

It’s good to learn from teachers but we should ask god himself because we have Holy Spirit of God in us rely on Gods wisdom not mans.

'Men and women are different by Gods design not only in their (big pause) plumbing and the disposition of whether they have hair on their faces or not which are such minor thing when it comes to personhood.' Are you kidding me? So the fact men are biologically very different has NO impact on their personhood according to J Piper? Sounds like sexual desire hating Augustinian nonsense to me.

He didn't say biological differences have no impact on the personhood of men or women. You said it and misinterpreted what he actually said. Manhood and womanhood are more than just physical features. They are important but not overwhelmingly dominant factors when it comes to biblical manhood and womanhood.

Do you believe in the Lord? And do you believe the word of God is inherent?
