Great video! I would personally like to see more 6 cyl. engined projects in your future videos :))
Thanks, thats the plan, just you know, they are abit more expensive😃
Found your channel by chance yesterday looking for something E91 related. Something about watching an oil pan fall on someone’s head is amusingly memorable. Nice editing too.
m539 restoration's e92 but on a budget :D
And quicker vids
M320i
low buget style
Very very very tight budget
i would like to tell you big THANK YOU for putting so much work for this videos, im specialy interested in N43 engine and 1series content so in this video is everything i would like to see. Thank you for camera work, for right lightning, for right coments, for funny jokes, for torqu specs and for so much informations about engine, for showing oil pump rebuild from 116i (i was forced to buy new from bmw) everything is perfect! you and M539_restorations are best channels ever! keep it up in this form.
Wow, thanks for the kind Words man😊
bro this is wild timing
The diesel Bmw King has bought a petrol e92 😮 keep up the good work 😊
Metal shavings can get inside the vanos units, i would open the units and clean the inside.
RESTEKP ! I work on my e92 as much as possible by myself. Some of the solutions are very simple and straightforward and some of them (like exchange the hose form gas tank) are totaly WTF.
I see you got yourself that new torque wrench and put it to use! Good stuff and great content as always!
You are brave 😊 Regardless of the outcome this is how you learn! Good luck!
What a moment I spent watching this video man..! Really good job as usual, looking forward to the next episode !!
This channel is lit 👏📈
Great work bro!
As you said before the oil pump mod wasn't hard and it really seemed to work well.
Looking identical.
I hope this puppy will run good.
The car itself is beautiful too..
Can't wait for the first start..
I hope you will be able to build an M3 soon 🙏🤟
Fingers crossed!
Awesome job, loved that video!
Awesome video! Very useful for someone like me who owns a n43 e90. Also a side note, I believe IWIS makes the original timing chains, not INA, they're great nonetheless.
Well done, good job!
great man! you make it seem so easy... 💪
Nice work! Can't wait the next episode! Keep it up man!!
You are awesome brother don’t listen to anybody comparing you with others 👍🏼
Thanks, I watch RUclips too, so from my perspective there is a deficit of content creators filming fixing car in this detailed way, hence why I am doing all of this. But well this is also the reason why people compare me to M539😃
I dont think that comparing him to Sreten would be a bad thing. Both of them are great content creators and is not something bad to learn something from others.
@@claudiomocanu4200 not a bad thing but you see the comments some says he’s copying M539 some says he’s M539 but on budget. Everyone has his on way and contents. We love both and support both. Cheers 🍻
I dont see it as a bad thing at all
@@Winter1256 agree with you on the comments that say he s on a budget
Awesome 👍
Awesome video. Can't wait to see this turn over and run in the car!
hey man, keep up the great work and videos !
Another fantastic video!
Wow, great work !
Grymt jobbat! Den kommer gå fint, du är duktig! 😊👍🏻💪🏻
Awesome dude, thank you very much for sharing your work with us ! Your videos will help me a lot for my engine rebuild
Well done 👌 There's probably a special tool for installing main crank seals, but your method seems to work just fine.
I can already see the engine-rebuild-bug has bitten you. ♥ it !!
helt konge videoer, har sett alle videoene dine å dette kan du. jeg var her før du blir kjent på yt!
love your videos, you're a secret tip on youtube. So calming but informative at the same time, keep it up!!
Loved the new video might be unlucky that the engine had to be rebuild but its a great learning experience keep up the good work.
Goodjob!!
Nice video dude! Keep it up!😊
Really enjoying your channel and love the long videos. Your presenting style is really enjoyable and funny at times too. Keep up the good work!
Nicee Video Bro, so much effort guess the car runs perfect, let us see the final result 🙏🏽
M539 vibe video, love it! Keep it up man :D
Swap the engine to n46b20ba would be great
Amazing job, M539 Restorations quality ^^ I hope Sreten will discover and like your channel
Good video
great
A good video again
Helt konge, god kvalitet på filming og interessant innhold. Håper E92 er på veien igjen asap!
Keep in mind with these engines the injectors are known failure points. Anyway, nice work. Really nice videos!
Good luck
Did I miss something or didn't you lube up the bearings with assembly lube or engine oil? That and the marks in the head and something that looked like score marks in a cylinder was the only thing that had me wondering.
Great job. I really enjoy your videos!
All the bearings got lubed, the marks in the head is very interesting, maybe the workshop dropped something in there or something? And the cylinder walls looked good, no damage. Thanks😊
Excellent job 👍👍 Maybe is a litle bit faster but I understand because it is your first time rebuilding engine, as always nice content keep it going bro :) 💪💪
Thanks for the great content bud, hope this works out for you
Beautiful video! Mesmerizing!😀
Såja mannen! Du har kommit långt ser bra ut
whao incredible work! timing is evil but you do it very well! im so exciting to see this motor running! new motor for big fun, thanks you for all your details its very interresting to see. thanks you !!
Thanks, well the next one is going to be interesting, i can’t seem to get it running propertly😂
Wow awesome Chanel keep it up brother
Great video! I just discovered your channel. Great content! You have a new Sub! 😊 Keep up the good work!
The instructions that came with my crank seals, clearly state 'no oil,' and wait at least four hours before turning the crank.
e92 and bmw’s in general are pretty expensive here in Latvia, the reason is that we are nuts about our beemers.😅 Big drifting culture is also to blame. 🤓 My first car was e36 coupe some twenty years ago and I still drive only BMW’s.😎
Like your videos, keep going. :)
Cmon guys, subscribe! EMS need's to change this location and to have a fork lift! Great content!
Why you didn't swap it with a bigger engine?
First time, well done! Cant wait to see it run :D Any other plans for the E92?
Not sure yet, have been struggling to get it to run properly lately😂
Well, I`m sure you will figure it out :D
Can you make a vid about your Jetski?
Great video as always! That e92 looks so cool i might have to trade my e91 for one. Unfortunately they are very expensive in finland😅
Yes same in Norway, cant get one for under 100k kr, thats why i bought this😂
@@EMSGARAGEE61 yeah, unless it has done 400k+ kilometers😂 oh well im not really scared of high mileage but working on the suspension etc is a pain in the ass with all the rusty bolts
Sir. You are missing 2 cylinders from that e92 engine.
wow good job! did you engine before? you seem confident! :)
Thanks, this was first time fully rebuilding it😊
Nice video man, love the work. just wanted to ask, where do you get the repair manuals and the torque specs of bolts for all the bmws you are fixing! Greetings from Bulgaria!
Thanks, for manual i use ista
Why no valves are open by mounted camshafts ? Thanks
35d video please love you lots
Finns bara tre ord: Wow, Wow, Wow!!!!!!!!!! Att du bara orkar!!!!
it is hard to imagine how engines in the past were assembled without assembly lube
You need some digital callipers boi
Which workshop manual are you using? Is it possible to find it online? 🤔
I use ista
Kurwa! Again a great video, thank you❤
Are you following the Bimmerzen video? Your methods are very similar :D
For my info... why did you replace the oil pump? Low oil pressure 30C1? Thank you and waiting for your response.
Yes, but mostly because we opened it up and it had severe scoring marks in it, I do it in the previous video
@@EMSGARAGEE61 I'll check the previous video because I'm curious if my pump looks better! 😁😁 One last question: 30C1 only on hot engine? Cheers m8 and thank you.
👍👍👍
Did the locking pin hold that torque of the crank bolt?!
Yes
Ok interesting! bmw explicitly says the fly lock pin won’t hold that torque 😁 was the timing tool from BGS ?
@@bigdeal87 some universal from eBay, if you want to do it propertly you need spesial locking tool from bmw made for crankshaft
Where’s the next video
Editing right now, so tomorrow i think
Would you say that this is a simplsr engine than the diesel m47 of the e90?
Not sure, i basically haven’t done any engine work on the m47, but i guess they are on a similar level
@@EMSGARAGEE61 fine,thx
Kažin kaip norvegų aplinkosauga sureaguotų į tavo plovimus prie garažo 😃
So as far as i know - SWAG is the same as Febi , but i prefer to not use Febi parts ever , because they are poor quality for past 5 years . I would suggest to use only "IWIS" timing chain kits because it's OEM parts with scraped bmw logo off . Inna is good also , but not as trusted as "IWIS"
In the swag/febi boxes are same iwis timing chains and gears

You know that hole that you sealed directly next to the main seal is where the sealent should seep out of when doing the bedplate sealent procedure ? You got a inlet nossel where you inject the sealent, and then and next to the main seal there should be one or two outlet holes. Out of those holes there should the sealent start coming out, then you know that the sealent is properly distributed. Elsewise if you didn’t do it that way, you could expect a oil leak real soon. 🥲
Yes, but it only applies if you are using the injection method to seal the bedplate

Termostat map 105° 😡
Salvate i bostri motori
So to change the temperature you have to change the ecu map?
