slot and press down as far as it will go.

★ Release shackle and return to regular position. Your new lock will
now open to your personal combination.

Doesn't work, I moved 90 degrees changed the code and now it has stuck at this position can't do anything. I bought a set of two both are same position. Even 000 combination not working

You have to push down the shackle then enter your code. It’s on some sor of spring.
