- In this video I fix a stuck valve on a pulsar Inverter generator. It was the intake valve that clogged witch happens because bad gas sits too long and gums up the valves. I show you how to fix it without taking off the whole head and doing it the easy way.
Fixing a stuck valve is normally a very easy job but this time I forgot to wear safety goggles. Anyways I figured I would post the video anyways because it was a pretty good repair all and all.

Nice job despite the eye! I do quite a few of the Hondas, Honeywells and M-ITM units. Thanks!

How's your eye recovering?@@RepairGang

Glad to hear. I do mostly automotive and truck repair. Doing the generators, mower and tillers give me a break from the big stuff.@@RepairGang
Nice work on the inverter. It is a shame the eye got it from all that junk
Glad to say I made a full recovery
Why don't you just do 1 valve at a time? Turn engine until valve closes, set gap, then turn engine until other valve closes then set gap. It's much easier than trying to find TDC without access to flywheel.
I have never tried it that way might have to
Going in blind to try to get it fixed and running again oh by the way did you do the giveaway for those tools on your insta gram account
I will announce them soon
@@RepairGang okay thanks for the update on this give away 🙂😃
Good job ol-boy. Got to take care of those peepers, put those safety glasses on.
