I’m an American who has been using Signia Pure Charge n Go AX 7 for the last 6 months and everything this fellow says have proven true with me. These are my first hearing aids and I am very pleased. I had started in March with X 7’s and switched over to the AX 7 when it came out. The fit with the AX is much more comfortable than the X. His overview is quite thorough and well presented.
Thank you for your kind words. The receivers that no doubt came out of Signia's relationship with Widex do fit very well & I can see no obvious flaws with these aids, glad you like them.
1 year of use. My AX7 are great, they allow me to understand speech even in noisy environments. All other sounds are also great and crisp clear. Now I can also enjoy birds and annoying plastic bag sound) The drawbacks are that their casing plastic is of an exterior quality. They have been heavily rubbed by my glasses. This had never happened before with other aids. They also make unpleasant noise when being touched. But in general, the assistant is of a great help, the sound is superior and the battery holds the whole day.
Thanks for all the great feedback Tapac. So overall a pretty solid result. It is possible to get new cases and possible to change the colour. I did swap a beige case for a Dark Champagne one for a patient a few days back (looks much better).
Excellent info. I could talk all day about how much I love these hearing aids. I live in the US and love the mask mode but also just all the apps ability. I have a Samsung S21 plus and looking forward to Samsung upgrading so I can use my phone. I also love the teleheath as well.
I would say 97% of our patients have gone for the portable charger, more portable than rival products and looks stylish and very "pocketable" can also use as a carry case. If you do get one let us know how you get on Linda.
I am new to hearing aids and got the 7ax. Sound quality is quite good. Blue tooth connectivity to iPad and iPhone is problematic. One ear connects . . .usually, until you reboot either the phone or the aids.

I feel the Phonak aids are a little long in the tooth but the connectivity is great and I love the option of the Roger On iN so could be a very solid choice. Re the Signia we are doing a lot of Black Full Shell & ITC's at the moment (the one I mentioned at the end the Insio really must get a video out like I promised)! I have a pair in now and v impressed, prior to that was using the Paradise Life aids with an On iN so it comes down to what your priorities are. No complaints re the AX aids and we fit a lot.
@@zone1hearing Thanks so much again! I'll have to look into the ITC versions though I'm not sure if they are advised for moderate hearing loss. Very best, Greg
So many features to compare! I can get either the p90s or the 7AX (bte) for the same price. I'm tempted to go with the newer tech even though it may take some time to work out all the connectivity issues. Would this be a sound choice?
@@gkillmaster I definitely think you should give them a try, there is no perfect hearing solution but the proof will be in the eating
@@zone1hearing Thank you Matthew! Much appreciated!
