Great advice, Juna. Your platform has really grown since I started following you here on RUclips. I would also add that learning how to market your products is super important. Getting eyes on your goods helps, but getting your goods in front of people who are most likely to buy it is key. Also setting up different streams of income is also super helpful. Blogging, affiliate marketing, Amazon KDP, and possibly creating video content for your followers. It's a lot of work but if you love what you do, it's time well spent. POD really is exponential. Etsy also rewards you for selling. The more a product sells, the more it will continue to sell and grow within the algorithm

I also do the 9-5 plus passive income. It definitely helps to have a 9-5 when you get burnt out and need a break to recover and get your mojo back. 100% passive is the goal of my 5 year plan however. Thanks for the advice!

My best year in POD was 2020. The last three years it's gone down each year.
Oh no.... Have you been adding more and more in the last three years? It has been harder after COVID for sure
@@DetourShirts I'm not as consistent as I should be. I have hundreds of designs from my designer I need to upload but I hat uploading so much and I'm afraid of rejections I leave it months without uploading anything. I know, consistency is the point of compound effect but uploading is such a pain!

Hello, please help me. What is the best time to publish a special design for an occasion?

so, as I see it: my comment on your "100+ designs video" inspired you to create this video about "is it worth it?"
but my question was not quite about that, I was asking (you can re-check) = if the designs itself are to blame for slow selling, maybe you should rethink the final product, make designs more "aggressive" in alignment to the aesthetic taste of the potential buyer.
Because I know that you are truly a professional designer, but what I see on that video - those 100+ designs are too "childish", kind of "censored".
What if you can make an experiment - add some "hotness and spice" to some of "future" them and test - if their selling ratio can be higher ....
It is always a test. Yes, if something is not selling well I could be more aggressive and try those kinds of designs and see if those work. The nice thing about Print on Demand is that it costs nothing to try out new ideas

I am an avid fan and starting my journey.
I have dozens of designs, but my biggest concern is the difficulty in getting the colors right - I design in Canva, then when uploaded and previewed in Printify, the CMYK “real color” is bland - blues of any kind turn out almost grey. Every Hex to CMYK checker Ive found turns out so different, and I feel like Im missing something out there to understand……
Please help - I can’t afford to order every product to check them, and I dont want to dupe anyone. Your products are so beautiful, please explain how to achieve this!!
I wish I had something to help with this... I may have to come up with a download of 30+ good CMYK colors to use..... I don't have any right now but I'll do some research on it.
If I could love this instead of just liking it I would!!! Thank you so so much… Could I also ask, do you find the CMYK coloring inPrintify accurate? Can I depend on it?
