Is the verdict of the lower district court, brilliantly summarised the case by a lady justice against Arvind Kejriwal can't be upheld and the High Court wants to interfere, then let the Supreme Court, as the final court, decide first on the issue of bail and then later on the whole case on the guilt of Arvinf Kerjawal who is not even an accused, which will take time.
