Interesting topic as getting residence is not that easy anymore like 2007-2015
So unless the government changes the rules you can’t become a legal resident just by owning property in DR.
4 ways to become a legal resident
-open a company with 200,000 dollars with the intent of generating more then 2,000 dollars a month.
- get married
-work for a company which will never give you permanent residence
-retire with 1,500 dollars from a foreign retirement account
Well I just recently applied for residency and was denied and I own multiple properties. This is a truthful liable resource.
