Sometimes, the room is busy or loud, or the person introducing themselves mumbles their name, or I simply don't catch their name the first time (this happens especially when names have 3 or more syllables 😅). In such a case, I would like to ask the person to repeat their name for me so I'm sure I get it correct. How would you say this in a "proper" or "normal sounding" way? Currently, I tend to stick to 「あー、ごめん(なさい)、(お名前は)もう一回お願いします」, but I feel like that's incorrect.
