I shoot full metal jackets 5mm 340 spine 460 grains. They fly great and pack a punch. Out of my new BOWTECH. I run a hamskea rest to. They are they best made..
This would be a HUGE upgrade from my 2005 Bowtech. It has served me well for a long time but the new technology that Hoyt comes out with is amazing! Good stuff!
No.. talking from past experiences.. it always the fastest, even though its the exact same ibo speed. Always the most silent and so on.. they really need a new marketing guy
Love the Hushin content!! Thanks for the chance at a new bow!! I like the buckskin color. Can’t wait to see how it shoots, and see if it makes the bow buy list this year.
Its amazing how far archery equipment has come. Been over 20 years since I've had a bow of my own. So to have a bow of this caliber as my own would be so awesome. I recently purchased my 11 year old son a bow so it would be super cool to be able to shoot next to him. Thank for all the info guys
Crossing my fingers on this one. I’m going to be hunting archery this year for the first time. You guys motivated me to try archery hunting. I love the work that you guys put into your videos, keep up the amazing work.
Love the bow. I have shot HOYT for so many years. Can't wait to get my hands on that new bow. Thanks for doing the video. Not to happy with that archery shop. Reach out to them and didn't get any response
That bow is rad! Sick!!!! What a sweet bow! Really sucks that the Western Hunt Expo is going virtually. I really want to put my hands on that bow and visit with you guys! Thanks Casey!
Truly excited about this Hoyt! Had been thinking about the Prime Nexus (love my Rize), but with all these features in a true binary cam system (with only 2 cables and 1 string) this just might be the next bow I get.
This is probably a basic question but I'm struggling to find a video to help me out. I recently purchased a 2022 Hoyt Ventum Pro 30, I want to do the build myself and I am going slow to get it right, Question ??When setting my nock height or position on my string, some say to measure from axle to axle, cut in half and measure off one axle and there is your center on the string, Others talk about a high nocking point? I also purchased the Hoyt QAD rest and some say to put the rest on and zero the rest out on the bow limb marks for the rest and then find your nocking point off the rest with a string T-square. Sorry for the long winded question but any guidance and advice is appreciated.
I have a hoyt nitrux and man... its gotten some flak but it works real real well. And although it's not really flagship status, it's got the quality. Hoyt so far have been my favorite company out of bowtech matthews and prime, all of which I've shot lots
Oh man ..the animals I would peruse with this sweet hoyt bow..wow wow..i had to go to the sportsman store to see all the new product's that are coming out this year..sign me up boyz....
Wow! I never realized it takes all that to set up a bow. I always wanted to try bow hunting but i have my doubts having one lazy eye and i think its going to be harder. But im willing to give it a try someday, maybe when i win this bow! Lol! I can only dream and wish keeping my fingers crossed!
Great review guys and sweet build.. are the performanc mods sold as an upgrade.? Why wouldn't they sell that combo as is? Still waiting on my ventum 30. 4 months later. Cheers fellas
where is the scope`set at, when you mark the point where the peep will sit in the string? is there a rule, to where the pin of the scope should be from the arrow?
It looks like the riser is thicker around the sight window area (above the arrow rest). Does the width of the riser get in the way of your view from your peep to your scope housing?
Its strange that there is less than a dozen vids on this bow so far. The bow looks sweet, I want to shoot one but my local shops are untrustworthy imo, well except for maybe one. So that entry thing, when we text are we suppose to get something back so we know it worked or anything?
Good vlog boys. I shoot Hoyt myself and the new Ventum looks really nice and I bet it shoots like a dream. I think that you will like the RX5 better carbon bow that is all I shoot and I won't go back to an aluminum again!!! Give it a shot I bet you end up shooting the RX5 for your hunting season!!! I would bet you money on it!!!!
Always love the bow build videos but also always wondered is this how you set up all bows? I mean if Joe smoe comes into wild arrow and buys the budget bow is this how you would set him up? Always curious because your knowledge is on a different level from most shops I've seen locally and I feel robbed getting my bow set up.
Good archery pro shops and qualified bow techs who value their customers set up all their new bow sales in this same fashion. If you aren’t receiving a similar level of service, then my advice would be for you to find a new shop to deal with.
Beautiful bow. The draw looked like it was super smooth. I really want to shoot that thing and try out their new can system. Is Hoyt no longer doing the Silent Shelf?
Quick question - I’m 28.5“ draw. Does this mean I will have worse performance at my drawlength (which is only possible with the #3 module) than a 28“ dude with the #2 mod?!?
s as hoyt has been around forever and unlike bear never sold out ... but when mathews developed to single cam feather weight bow ........that old bow is still hard to beat
Regarding the weight distribution. Is there anyone who tried to mount the side quiver upside down that the arrows pointing to the ground? It balances way better, basicly like with another back rod but i have a two piece quiver, mb its heavier than others. I was curious if the Fletching and stuff will stand out as they are at the top of the bow now, i mean u can adapt to the overall handling right? And the fletching thing can be tackled too so... Opinions?
Thanks for the opportunity. Pretty awesome that y’all give back to your fans the way you do.

Loving the new 2021 Hoyts!! They really stepped up their game this year!
how ? new cam system every single year because the are crap and still vibrate like a tuning fork...
@@larsrasmussen5737 have you shot it?

When I got that text!! Nothing but smiles. Thanks guys for the chance.
You guys are very selfless! Thanks for the opportunity!

well i just ordered a new bow. love waking up to videos like this
Awesome looking bow. Good luck filing those tags in the Fall, Casey. Cannot wait for more "real" archery hunting from the HUSH crew.
Thanks for the opportunity.. I appreciate your videos. I also appreciate that you guys do giveaways..
That bow is rad! Sick!!!! What a sweet bow! Really sucks that the Western Hunt Expo is going virtually. I really want to put my hands on that bow and visit with you guys! Thanks Casey!

Sweet Buckskin color on an awesome bow! These bow build videos are awesome to watch. Thanks for sharing!
Got the Ventum a couple weeks ago. Love it! Such a great bow!
Bought the Ventum 33. Quietest bow ever. Smooth draw was instant gratification. No regrets at all. Already nicknamed it “My Cousin Vinny”. 😀
Perfect timing... Shoulder Rehab complete looking for new bow. Old one was a 50% let off and I can't shoot that thing anymore!
It was hard to pick between this or the Matthews v3 the difference was the rough draw on the matthews. This bow is sweet I picked mine up yesterday.
At around 09:00
That would be sweet!
A riser in buckskin and limbs in wilderness.
Thanks for the opportunity to win the bow man whoever wins congratulations to them
The only thing I'm interested in is the picatinny sight mount. Could be a good idea. Otherwise, maybe the 33 will be more intriguing.

I was super skeptical at first about this bow, but it seems legit. I think the short stabilizer is actually a good idea for it's position.
Are you thinking about using the the new rail system for the sight? Or sticking to traditional?
Can’t wait for today. Been thinking about it all week.
That is so sweet you guys are awesome hope you guys had a good New Year's and Christmas
Casey could you let us know what the difference is between the RXs and the new now?👍👍
I have a hoyt nitrux and man... its gotten some flak but it works real real well. And although it's not really flagship status, it's got the quality. Hoyt so far have been my favorite company out of bowtech matthews and prime, all of which I've shot lots

Howd the smoothness of draw cycle feel compared to the cam and half they've ran for years? How was backwall?
I shoot a Mathews V3 and I love it. I’ve only owned it for a little while but I’ve hunted with it and love it
Wow! I never realized it takes all that to set up a bow. I always wanted to try bow hunting but i have my doubts having one lazy eye and i think its going to be harder. But im willing to give it a try someday, maybe when i win this bow! Lol! I can only dream and wish keeping my fingers crossed!
Love my 2012 Mathews solocam z7. But I think it’s time. Haha let’s get it!
Wish I had this guy setting up my ventum
Thanks for the chance!!!
It looks like the riser is thicker around the sight window area (above the arrow rest). Does the width of the riser get in the way of your view from your peep to your scope housing?
Is the bow you’re giving away hunt ready? Or is it just the bow.
I mean I would love to have either. Lol
The riser looks like a combination of the aluminum spyder and the vxr
What whould you guys suggest to get as a beginners bow?
So will a 28 draw using the 'performance mod' shoot faster than a 29 on the longer module?
Hoyt will be my next bow Mathews is a great bow but hoyt feels better in hand & looks great.
Is it a 27in draw length can you get the like 25 lb 80% light off and where that altogether about 1600
This bow looks amazing!! I'm 17 and 2020 was my first year hunting I got a buck and a bear with my bow! I would love to win this!!
Is that Hamskea rest in coyote or tan? Trying to order one but unsure of which is closest to buckskin.
Man I learned a lot from that video. Think ill go visit my local Hoyt shop...
Thanks for that.
Duuuude... Awesome! I hope I win it and can upgrade from my Nitrum 34, which I love! Thanks HUSH!!!!
If we win do we have you send it to are local shop, and would it be in that buckskin or can you get a different color
Its strange that there is less than a dozen vids on this bow so far. The bow looks sweet, I want to shoot one but my local shops are untrustworthy imo, well except for maybe one. So that entry thing, when we text are we suppose to get something back so we know it worked or anything?
Did they fix the spongy back wall yet?
Good vlog boys. I shoot Hoyt myself and the new Ventum looks really nice and I bet it shoots like a dream. I would bet you money on it!!!!
Dang sweet bow. My bday is the 24th and that would be an awesome birthday gift 😂🤘
What do you guys do with your older bows?
Always love the bow build videos but also always wondered is this how you set up all bows? I mean if Joe smoe comes into wild arrow and buys the budget bow is this how you would set him up? Always curious because your knowledge is on a different level from most shops I've seen locally and I feel robbed getting my bow set up.

This thing is dope looks alot like the original nitrum turbo🤘👍
so what's the performance mod? does it make the draw cycle a lot worse?
s as hoyt has been around forever and unlike bear never sold out ... but when mathews developed to single cam feather weight bow ........that old bow is still hard to beat
I can't wait till 1/20/21.
Good work boys! Any spill on the first lite hush sand diamond cap?

Can't wait to see who's going to win.
