Onion (Pyaaz) - 2 Medium size, roughly chopped
Coriander leaves (Hara Dhania) - 2 Tbsp
Mint Leaves (Podina) - 2 Tbsp
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) - 5 to 6
Bread Slice - 2
Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 1 Tsp
Turmeric (Haldi) - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) - 1 Tsp Full
Cumin Powder (Zeera Powder) - 1 Tsp Full
Whole Spice Powder (Gram Masala) - 1 Tsp
Cubeb (Kababchini) - 1/4 Tsp
Long Pepper (Pipli) - 1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder (Pisi v Kali Mirch) - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp Full
Meat Tenderizer (Kachri Powder) - 1/2 Tsp Level
Salt (Namak) - 1 Tsp full or as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) - 1 Tsp
Egg (Anda) - 1
Cornflour - 1 Tsp
Crushed Coriander Seeds (Sokha Dhania) - 1 Tsp full
Oil - As required (To make Kabab shapes)
For Gravy:
Oil (Tail) - 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) - 1 Tbsp
Tomato (Timator) - 4 Medium size crushed
Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric (Haldi) - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) - 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder (Zeera Powder) - 1 Tsp
Crushed Red Chilli (Kuti v lal Mirch) - 3/4 Tsp
Green Chilli Thick (Moti Hari Mirch) - 1
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
Salt (Namak) - 1 Tsp Level or as per taste
Crushed Coriander Seeds (Sokha Dhania) - 1/2 Tsp full
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) - 1 Tsp crushed
Coriander leaves - For Garnish
Ginger slices - For Garnish
Green Chillies - For Garnish
