I was tortured with White Torture when I was fourteen. I was in Our Lady Of Peace Hospital in Louisville, KY. After there I went to Bellewood Group Home in Anchorage, KY. Bellewood specialized in offering children to politicians, foreign dignitaries, and power brokers. Anchorage Public School knew and threatened my life for trying to expose my abuse.
I have severe ADHD. I've learned to channel it for productivity, but when I go hunting in the woods, my mind goes all over the place. I've learned to have fun with this, and let my mind just run, and watch whatever thoughts are running by like a movie. I do this on long road trips now, too. Day dreaming with extreme attention to detail - what I would do if this, what I would say if I ever met that person, etc. I feel like white room torture would be very easy for me. I'd just go into my mind and have fun.
For those interested, A few things that are missing if you actually want to torture something with this kind of thing are: It has to be done over months or years, the whole room needs to be empty, and the lighting must be in a way that there are no shadows cast the walls need to be completely smooth to make the sense of touch crumble and there can't be any outside sound of any sort (guards aren't allowed to speak and wear padded shoes) and the thing has to be soundproof of course only plain white rice to rob them of their sense of taste Good luck have fun making people loose their mind ^^

In a true white room there are no shadows. No furniture no sound everything is concrete. What you did is what a child would think a white room would be like.
The last thing you said about being colorblind and putting on colorblind glasses for the first time reminded me of how I’m colorblind and I’m one of the small percentages of people that the glasses don’t work on which is sad but at the same time I can’t even think about how everything really looks so it doesn’t bother me
