Tom your stood close to the ball. Try putting the club head behind the ball and lowering the club until the top of the grip touches your leg about an inch above your left knee. That’s the correct distance away. Your hitting the neck of the club a lot too so try setting up with the ball slightly right of centre on the club face and swing normally.

Tom for the bunker shots just aim an inch behind the ball and hit down with face slightly open and always follow through and you’ll be fine

Tom, needs to slow down his swing a lot as trying to hit every ball with too much power, slow it down and he will be more consistent!
Pls go get some lessons guys, would make these videos better.
