I appreciate your kindness and fairness. Your journals are stunning & I would love to have one. Hopefully one day ,I can. Thank you for your great videos too. I like your style of teaching as well as your design sense.
I think Carols comment was spot on. You can only do what you can do. I’ve been disheartened about not getting a journal i thought i wanted. But, i kept trying. It works out eventually. There are several people on YT that i will never be able to buy a journal from, that’s just the law of averages. This will be another beauty! Love the nails, too!
This journal will be very pretty love it all ready it will great 😌 thank you for sharing your ideas and inspiration is wonderful thank you 😊 Theola 😃❤️
Happy Friday Diane! Love the working with the Readers digest book, glad you were able to fix your cover. Sleepy Hollow sounds like fun, but I don't like getting scared. Lol! Enjoyed watching you create, hope you have a fabulous weekend. Take care!
Madilyn here, I think it is great you give us a headsup and people just have to realize you can not be responsible how everyone gets it in their states on the internet with time changes. I do know that your journals are one of a kind and everyone loves your style and it can be a tad disappointing not to get the journals, speaking from experience. But finally got one and it felt like winning the lottery!! Just keep making them as long as it is fun and creative for you. We love watching your videos.
Good morning Diane. Enjoying your video this morning with my cup of tea. Always looking forward to your next project. Have a wonderful day. 🎅🎄🙂 PS. Noticed there is a Thumbs down. I just don't get it. I sometimes think there is someone getting paid to do that. I see it on alot of my favorite videos. SMH. Your work is beautiful and your voice is so pleasant to listen to. 👍❤🙂
Love 💕 this journal !! I’ve never made one.. maybe I have enough Christmas things now to make one... Going to an auction this wkend... Possibly there will be some things there!!!...😻👩🏻🦰
So much fun that you found those holiday recipe cards! This journal is beautiful, as usual. We in the west appreciate that you post a little later in the day, even though I spaced out the time!
Just so pretty, Diane! Love the modeling paste on the vintage sheet music. They turned out beautifully. What a grand idea to use the wine glass coaster as a tuck spot! You are cranking out these journals in record time! ✂️🎄📕😄
Diane it was I who made the comment about you selling the book.I do apologize I didn't mean it in bad way I just meant I lost out of getting one of your beautiful journals. I have been trying four years to buy one to no avail. But I will keep trying.you make the best journals I have ever seen just so simple.and you was talking about your nails in another video I watched they are pretty.I'm 62 and have never had my nails done professionally. I never see you using the onion skin paper that we did a swap on.your friend Dorothy Bentley.and please accept my apology.
Oh, it's fine, Dorothy. I was just trying to say that I try to make everyone happy, which is, of course, impossible! I'm not upset. I just wish I had enough to go around!. I did use the onion paper when I first got it, but then I forgot about it. (Its one of the things I hoard!) But I was just thinking about them the other day. Time to get them out and use them again!!
Diane I have all.kinds of readers digest books but there condensed.are yours the same they look bigger than mine .yes I was disappointed in not getting the last journal you posted but its not your fault everyones internet is different I know that.just keep on making your beautiful journals I will get lucky one day and get me one.
Yes that's what size they are but seems like yours look bigger than mine.I bought them at a thrift shop in Virginia for one dollar each I believe they where 20 all together I thought that was a good deal.
Diane: I think that trying to be fair in announcing and putting your items in your Etsy shop is an issue for all crafters who are selling things. I’m glad you have addressed it. Trying different ways of handling it is probably the only way you’ll find out what will work best. Good for you. The Christmas journal is looking good. I like the fact you use vintage items. Carol from California
I really love this cover! It's great that you found the recipe cards for the holiday's! I love the fabric too!
I appreciate your kindness and fairness. Your journals are stunning & I would love to have one. Hopefully one day ,I can. Thank you for your great videos too. I like your style of teaching as well as your design sense.

It was great to see a heads up of something going to be posted before it actually goes into Etsy.
I enjoyed watching you work on this journal.. I like how you do one signature as a pattern and then do the others.
I think I will be living on your Etsy , until this journal is posted!! ☺️🤗

Yes, mine are Reader's Digest Condensed books. They're not very big. I think the covers are about 7 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Yes that's what size they are but seems like yours look bigger than mine.I bought them at a thrift shop in Virginia for one dollar each I believe they where 20 all together I thought that was a good deal.
Maybe mine look bigger because I make a new bigger spine for them. And, yes, you got a great deal on your books!! Are you making journals with them?
No not yet but planning to.I will have to go back and rewatch some of your videos to see how you do your spines again.
