- The Clark County Coroner's Office identified the victims in a northwest Las Vegas murder-suicide. Four people were shot and killed, while a fifth clings to life in a local hospital. On Monday, Dec. 11 at around 10:03 a.m., officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 7500 block of Oso Blanca Road near Durango Drive and Veterans Memorial Highway.
Hope the judge is Happy. We need to start holding the judges accountable for the ridiculous judgements some of them make.

I been screaming this but no one listens …I try to educate everyone on how judges operate …they don’t care about locking up criminals bc they make more money from them being on the street committing more crime …judges make 60 percent of the bail bonds and court fees ..they don’t care about the outcome of letting criminals bk out bc they just going to continue to destroy the Blk neighborhoods…not their problem in their eyes …..it’s to the point I give up on spreading the word …

You've got wives out here who have put false allegations on their Husband just to get him out of the home during divorce proceedings. They remove the Husband, but later find out that it was a lie. Youve got mothers lying on their child's father just to win full custody. You've got daughters who have lied on their step father or mother's boyfriend. Later we find out they were lying. When females like this cry wolf, they only hurt the females who are really getting attacked by wolves.
When you have dishonest people, then every one gets their day in Court. We got Men accused of child molestation who actually did it, and we got men accused of child molestation that we later find out that they didn't do it. But guess what? They never jail the females who falsely accuse their husband or their step father , or their boyfriend of this crime.

These judges need to be held accountable! In another case, a cop that sexually assaulted his stepdaughter was able to shoot and kill his ex-wife, her daughter and her daughter's boyfriend during a custody pick-up of their son and the son was in the car as well but unharmed. These judges need to do better, they literally have lives in their hands!

The judges should absolutely be liable for repeat dangerous offenders they let out who then go commit horrendous crimes because of it . I guarantee if there was a risk to the judge to lose title or do some time they would think a lot deeper about the judicial decisions they make . It also needs to be stricter laws for repeat criminals who are able to plead down or get charges dropped when they shouldn’t be offered any deals as such . The state goes after irrelevant offenses like old ones. Meaning they were false or not relevant or not a threat. Like people who dated a younger person without really knowing or just two young people a few years apart. They are all portrayed as sex predators which they are not. Now why would they waste resources to attack these people? But when they have actual allegations with 9, counts of assault and lewd acts with a child is reason enough to not let this person back in to the child’s home! This judge failed to not do her job. The adoptive kid was the meal ticket and these allegations were serious enough to not lower bail because the perpetrator had nowhere else to go so the step mother isn’t really going to care of the step child. Your state is an incompetent one.

I live up the street from this and I remember seeing all these metro police cars on my way to work and when I learned about what happened in my area, my heart broke for all the victims. My nephew went to middle school with oldest girl and came home sad when he learned it was her and her baby sister and brother. Prayers for everyone

Letting a predator have access to a prior victim is a crime and a big law suit this judge is a complete failure. Then you see another judge give a former detective only 4, year’s probation when he broke law. The ducks in a row is a pattern of criminal behavior and negligence by state laws. Are you people going to let these judges and crooked cops get away with their crimes? They go after people with past offenses but when people in their department and judges corruptibly assign low standards and punishment over favoritism is disturbing and disgraceful. In less than a week I watched two judges neglect public safety ~ a crooked cop gets zero punishment ~ and a predator put back in home of a prior victim this needs to be addressed! Nevada sure goes after people with old irrelevant offenses as old as 25~30, years to harass them and punish them without due process of court. Yet they excuse criminals that are actually active predators a child predator that attacks the most vulnerable. The cop who got 4, years probation for getting involved with a hooker sure tells you the bias and discrimination against all people ~ they are not treating everyone equally! People need to address this issue.
That was my judge in my case and did the same thing to me... I was just blessed enough to get away.
I really feel that sadly these judges, lawyers, law makers will not stop making and pushing these decisions until someone close to them is taken. No reason for his bail to change and does have blood on their hands now because of this. Was an uncalled for terrible call. Sometimes they be worried too much about being PC then they do making sure citizens are safe.
