Lovely suburb but it really pisses me off when I see the lack of planning & building code . Makes you wonder who really runs this place, like how can a people be so incompetent ? Is it lack of education or pure ignorance? Why can’t all these supposedly wealthy folk come together and brick pave their own backroads? Why can’t they ever cover the sewage trenches? So many questions …
Those aren't sewage trenches, they are for rainwater to take the run off to the ocean. In Tanzania each house has its own underground sewer except for the city centre amd a small project experimented in Mikocheni, so you won't find any sewage trenches anywhere.
@@neemaadamEven here in Mbezi Beach it's a month now since they last finished the underground sewer project in my area near shoppers Plaza, don't know about other areas.
That's just one part, you might wanna follow up on his other contents. I believe he has been or he will go to other parts of Dar like Mbezi Beach, Masaki, Mikocheni, Oyster bay etc etc.
