Got adaptive rifle, really all the books. Question: any review or thoughts on the tap rack training aid from sheepdog? They keep the slide from locking back when mag is empty.

Ben quick question for the drills in Adaptive Rifle how many dummy rounds are recommended to have on hand? Specifically 5.56/.223
The point of the dummy rounds is to simulate the weight of a loaded mag. So, 30/mag used would be best
