Toyota corolla Modal 1982, I was purchased 1982 from Sajjad Motors old sabzi Mundi, Karachi worth of rupees one hundred fifty five thousand rupees and travel toward to Bannu city.
My dad bought 1982 model and was one of the best ba k in the day and still is in good condition. Sadly we sold it but I do see it now and then the same car and is being kept in mint condition by the owner . It’s a classic car. I wouldn’t mind owning one again
My father had Toyota Cressida 1981 Model. Purchased in 1987 and daily drove that car till 2012 in Saudi Arabia. One of the finest car of that era with full luxury options. I am seeing this corolla has missing very basic options. Our Cressida has AC, Center Console, Powered Windows, Powered Radio Antenna, door panel lights, Company fitted alloy rims, adjustable manual side mirrors, adjustable headrest, rear seat center console, front and center roof lamps. It was a power pack. My father maintained that car and she was in very pristine condition till 2012. Sold due to non-availability of engine/ suspension parts. it has 2.4 L (2,366 cc) 22R engine. I miss that car, i have few pictures and video of it also.
Cressida is pure love , we also own a 1990 Cressida in Pakistan and 1981 Cressida was my first car when i first started my job my father got me a 1981 Cressida Station Wagon left hand drive.
Great work.. but needs a lot of adjustments.. I have 1980 GL model with big black bumpers. My father imported that car, from Japan brand new in 1981. 4 headlights. It was A Japanese non export model. But somehow he brought it to Lahore. Maroon mettalic burgundy color. Very rare. We still have the car, all original and has only 86,000 km on it. Whenever I go back to Lahore it's so much fun to drive that corolla. We also have a 1967 corona, as usual bought brand new and still all original with 90,000 miles. Both cars are always garage kept and my father's pride and joy. Love them! ❤️
These two middle holes ARE for AC, the variant you have is BASIC DX version or litterally called SAADAA simple wali gaddi. The GL variant of this car contains AC, Power Steering(ab ye na keh dena ke os zamaney me power steering nahi tha!!) and fat BLACK PLASTC BUMPERS leather Matching Seat.. GL(Grand Luxure)...

Big black bumpers were offered in jdm cars, the zero meter imported to Pakistan came with these bumpers
