With so many of the parts already detached from the sprues, it could be, as you suggested, a bit of a challenge - so best of luck. The cockpit looks good. And best wishes to Sue for a quick recovery. Take care.
Oh dear God WOW!! What a fantastic project to work on Paul, so your going for an icon of US aviation - incredible. I've seen many vids of these on RUclips performing carrier and destroyer landings and also taking part in air and sea observations, this helicopter is by far a stunning piece of kit and also one of the best in my honest opinion. I have considered getting myself the MH60L Black Hawk in 1/35, and yeah.. it's the same variant that is infamous for the 1993 incident during the battle of Mogadishu in Somalia. The option has been in my head but, since I love the fixed wing fighters.. since loving them all my life, I suppose you can say my heart is going to them all the time - but yeah, it's an option for the future. Your doing a fantastic job already with the cockpit and interior, that cockpit is looking magnificent already. Well done, truly excellent, looking forward to seeing how this progresses, keep at it and well done mate, sorry to hear that Sue is under the weather, hope she gets better soon. Have a great week and happy modelling mate 👍
Hi Paul, you have certainly got yourself a challenge with the helicopter build, especially since so e ofbthe parts are just in a pile, but one step at a time, looking forward to the next update soon, best regards to you and your wife from a Kiwi living in Australia, Les
Hi Paul, From memory you need to be careful with test fitting the interior when trying to join the body halves. I think some people had to fettle the floor to get the body halves to close together properly.
