Hi - nice video with great detail throughout. To you and to all who may read this: How would you rate the Haven Area on the Epic vs. the Haven Area on the Bliss/Joy/Encore ? We've been on the Joy which had LOTS of neat outdoor spaces as well as their huge windowed front lounge and Haven Dining area indoor and outdoor. Plus the top deck for Haven guests had 2 huge oval shaped Jacuzzi's in addition to the two found in the Haven pool area. Whereas from what I can glean in this video, the Epic doesn't have equivalent outdoor space options. Thanks again !!!
Thanks for your kind comments There is a upper deck area with loungers on the epic, i went up there in lift in video also gym and sauna The main haven pool deck has 2 jacuzzi’s, and its really close to your rooms and haven bar / restaurant
Hi thanks for question.. No the haven sundeck was a calm and quiet place to get away from crowds… always lots of space, and never loud when we were there Best of all it was just outside our room Thanks for feedback! 🙏🏻 I hope to do another msc this year if we can!
Hi sure The upgrade offer came via email… it will depend on how full your cruise is - and the class you get offered will depend on your current cabin I realised the 2 bed villa was still available so put in a bid … around £500 each .. which was just about over minimum bid We was treated like VIPs , with a personal concierge, butler and cabin staff always on hand
Your video is great! We are interested in Epic, Haven. Do they have an area in the Haven that offers an all day self serve coffee, tea, juice and pastries, snacks, small bites or deserts (based on time of day)? Where do they do that? (On Encore this was served in Horizon lounge) THANKS!
Hi thanks! Yes there are light snacks self serve in haven bar next to restaurant ( the two are connected) .. theres also outdoor grill on deck 15 Your concierge gives you a tour on day 1

Hi its a really big bed , id say king size…. And good pillows and mattress …. Enjoy.!
