Thanks for all the feedback and kind words!! Adrian is currently doing classes with Kendama Institute - I know he is an extremely motivating person so definitely reach out to him and attend a class if you are open to learning a fresh style of Kendama.
As a yoyoer, I definitely take interest in what this dude's got to offer. He's putting up some real stuff and I'd love to try my hand at it, coming from what I know.
Please make more kendama history videos! I love this player focused style as well! Overall this got me thinking about how much kendama history in general I did not know about. Amazing. Thank you.
Thank you for making this video! It's so sick. Adrian is so creative and inspiring. Also worth noting he's always down to teach tricks and talk kendama research. Such a good dude and for real, he's truly pushed the game into new realms.
Love love love this Isaac! Keep up the incredible content my friend. The community benefits from this documentation and a growing awareness, and your energy and love for kendama make the piece something really nice to watch! And LETS GO ADRIAN!!! A true dama god.
“How Ben Herald changed Kendama forever, multiple times. How Esteban rode the ‘Herald/Gt’ train to the top...And how this video completely ignored that Shonuff Chris and Aventiss made huge leaps in the string flow game at the same time if not sooner”
I wouldn't be doing anything I'm doing now if it wasn't for the immense inspiration and support from Ben, Chris, and Abe, amongst so many others. Much love G
Interesting video for someone like me who had never even heard of kendama before today. Some critiques though; your recitation needs some work. I can hear the line breaks while you read. You pause while your eyes scroll left and down. Read ahead or have your script memorized before you record. And at 9:50 you say the phrase "brisk of 2019". The word you should have used is "brink".
