The Pyramids brought about a despotic Golden Age--not a problem?
It gets me the early wonders faster, but slows down my endgame.
Here it's pretty bad though, because my cap has no fresh water, and every tile already ahs 2 shields (so the bonus yields are all lost to the despotism penalty)
