unfortunately the costumes are limited though. as they have yet to rerun a single costume. the weapon will more than likely get powercrept by 1st anni anyways and just end up being a sub weapon for whoever takes the better water costume. i really dislike this gacha compared to nier reincarnation..so i unfortunately need to skip, after this collab.
Small note: Glenn's weapon is atb3, which makes it an insane pair with Stream Slasher for people who pulled for it. It should be enough for Ramuh EX fights with some decent healing/support
Great line about Seph skiing down the mountain and that was how he got to the northern crater. :) Torrential Thrust? As for the costume, it looks like a puffer jacket over a wet suit, but there is a "half skirt" in the back which looks weird.
Yeah the half skirt is kinda interesting 😄 seems like most of the cosmetics in this game that have that one interesting design choice that makes you go.... Hmmm 🤔😂

I’m torn between wanting to start saving again for Anniversary so I can hopefully OB10 something, but also want to at least get 1 copy of weapons lately because they’re still fairly useful and help give me options. I just know something will come up, and all the guides will be using XYZ weapon even though at this point in time it doesn’t look necessary.
If it's something you feel that's not necessary and Sephiroth isn't a fav for you then that makes it easy to skip imo. 1 year anniversary will probably be big but but there's still lots of time ... But damn, after the horrific luck I got pulling for Aerith in a limited banner it would have to be VERY good for me to want to bulk pull like that again 😂
Spent 15k as a f2p leaving 39k cyrstals and now saving for the anniversary unless they drop another sephiroth coustume banner. Hoping his masamune will be a dope weapon in the story update
You'll have a TON for the anniversary by the time we get there. And I bet whatever banners show up will probably be available until October giving you even more time to accumulate crystals
I'm hoping eventually they'll give a winged version of his costume with his long hair, unless they just give us the adult sephiroth from before that would be dope, eventually that will come cause that will make them some bank
I got LB Water Glenn OB10. Insane luck, but I was trying for cloud of course. Immediately decided to pull for this banner. Just pulled to stage 6 of first card to get free copy. OB 3 so far in just 4 pulls. This game REALLY wants me to play Glenn
Hot damn, you're water Glenn is sick 😂 I feel the same way about Glenn too tbh, I just don't care for the character but hard to ignore when the game is just hooking you up with his weapons
For me personally I'm not rolling on this one. Water damage up is nice as it's universal, works to buff your damage even when you're not against enemies weak to that element but I still sort of prefer elemental resist down. That's because when it works it then hits even harder with it benefitting all members of the teams damage. Looking at Sephiroths weapon it hits harder and could be used without having to slow down Glenns hitting (although at 3 ATB it's not a huge loss) but I feel I'm stacked on water items so neither jumps out at me. I actually do have Glenn with OB6 on the water weapon, it's a really good weapon but between maritime sword on Cloud, Glenn already having that half anniversary weapon and Zacks Black Whiskers I feel like I've got a lot. I'll think about it but I feel like it's not necessary as I could just use other good weapons as well. Still, it's probably pretty beefy when paired with black whiskers doing the defense and water resist down.
I feel conflicted about seph buff extension. He doesn't really buff that often with a physical set, and to resign this r ability to an arcanum? He needs another water weapon with a buff to make the costume worth it IMO. I like the elemental damage increase buff. Might have to pass on this bait.
Yeah, I actually love buff/debuff extension but doesn't make much sense for Sephi's kit. With this weapon that water resistance down debuff will constantly just stay active anyways if he's spamming that C ability
Based on the Livestream a while back they said Vincent would be focused as a main DPS early on. I assume his first banner will be a must pull especially if you love the character
@@CaponeToneTony As much as I feel the need to clear event shops, I’m at the point where the stuff left, while nice to have, is not a hard need so I’m dumping what I can into the infinite Gil item. REALLY wish they’d bring back the gil specific event. I would blow all my stamina pots in a heart beat.

Yeah I forget to note these new buffing/Debuffing weapons tend to be 3 ATB now which is pretty insane. A lot of bang for buck when it comes to utility

This banner is basically the one we had during Humus Crash battles plus Pressure Ridge but water... Hope this Crash isn't as bad as Humus was.

Always wise to wait in a gacha game, especially if youre already clearing all the content anyways

You could always wishlist Glenn's weapon later, no rush to get it now if your water setup is already looking good
