There's hardly any felt recoil with this thing. Most of the recoil is integral, and a good bit of the rest is alleviated by the compensator.

It’s recoils into itself before your shoulder takes the blunt. A 7 year old shot my M82A1 with no issues.
The Barrett barley has recoil it’s buffer system is extremely good at its job
