My go-to smoothie is 100gr of quick oats, one banana, two tbsp of ground flax seeds, a handful blueberries, a strawberry, 3-5 dates, two tbsp quinoa, 1 tsp spirulina powder. Delicious!

I love PB and tahini drizzled over apple slices. I also put both on rice cakes. I sometimes sprinkle on flax or hemp seeds as well.
