I just realized the way sam talking is feminine despite her robotic low voice, but i only notice that detail on JP dub. makes sense since its actually firefly inside the armor
It's less "feminine" and more gender-neutral. I am no native speaker myself but I am decently fluent and from my perspective, it's as if Sam is always talking in business mode.
The way Sam talks is just always so weirdly cool to me. He keeps saying all these borderline-edgy stuff at such a polite speech. The contrast is real. Also, now that we know Sam is Firefly, I do want to hear her say the same lines for extra points. Just imagine Firefly's soft and cute voice paired with her polite speech saying all those lines.
Yeah, en dub is way more "rough around the edges". Jp dub (and honestly cn and kr too) has more of a "business mode" feel to it. This time I actually prefer en dub over the others.

@@Red-eq9rkI think it's appropriate for the voice change,since it represents her desire to be more than a weapon,to be her own person.All the Iron Cavalry's armor have the same voice,so the voice change basically represents her determination to be her own person.
I hope this game aren't turn base type game but open world or fighting one because fighting styles will look cool but i know more cheaper for them to turn this way.
Tbh, i don't think the budget would increase that much if they were to turn the game into something like genshin, aside from the obvious one costing the most, that is the world itself. I think the combat would be fine, i dont know anything about coding but, they already have the animations so, the rest are just combat mechanics. (please, dont judge me, i know nothing about game production, the text up there just wrote is just something one with no knowledge of game making would yap about)

If the game is action open world I won’t play this as shift work exhausts my stamina for playing game already.
