I now understand why my parents never let me and my siblings sleep over at people's houses or even go to their homes without them. As a child I was so mad because it seemed like everyone was allowed to go to their friends houses by themselves, but now that I'm 21, I'm so grateful. Unfortunately, the world is a messed up place.

@Nathaniel12345678910 She shared her story on the show a while back and just said that the person was a close family member. She said the abuse started when she was 9 and stopped when she was about 13.
this may be a little off topic, but maybe this is a huge reason why Jeannie doesn't want any kids. Maybe she still has a bit of fear with what she has gone through when she was a child and doesn't want her future child to ever go through anything that can be long lasting and damaging. just a thought

I just want to know if you actually researched her "stats" before calling it that or did you just get won over by her emotions and random numbers? Just asking 🙂
Also, the settlement was advised to Michael Jackson because he was on tour at that moment, the total cost would have been higher and THAT is why he paid, but let's forget how the father said: just pay me that is fine for me.
Absolutely true, couldn’t agree more. People just know this if they are more into the case. But most of them just get their information from stupid tv shows like this.
Actually in that interview that Tamara was saying Michael admitted to sleeping in the same bed, if you watch the whole interview he said he slept on the floor while the kid slept on the bed.
Rexshell Hoff of course not but at the same time, he always asked for permission. If we are taking it there then that exposes the parents. That still doesn’t mean MJ touched the little boys.
@@jihadsmith762 Their parents are wrong. It doesn't mean he didn't touch someone though. I don't want to say he did or didn't because I wasn't there and you never know how a person is outside of the spotlight. No one knows and no one will until proof is given. I just don't get why a grown man would want to have sleepover with kids, why their parents would think it's ok for him to sleep in the same room as their kid on the bed or on the floor and why people think because he's MJ that it's ok that he had sleepovers with kids?
Key word "victims". If you want to talk about victims bring real ones and make a documentary, instead of making a "documentary" at the expense of an innocent deceased black man who was acquitted in court with two money hungry accusers who committed prejury in court.
Michael didn’t admit to “sleeping with” little boys on his bed. He said he shared his bed. He gave up his bed while he slept on the floor. Although I agree, that none of that shouldn’t have been happening in the first place, that whole documentary was taken entirely out of context.
He deadass in the oprah vid recognized that he slept in the same bed (she asked about it), but adamently denied anything happened. how are you gonna say it's taken outta context my dude lmao
Girl what are you talking about? Oprah asked him no such thing. Her interview with him came out in February of 1993. It was only five months later, in August of 1993 that allegations of him started to spread. Anyway, I wasn’t talking about her documentary in the first place.
Thank you for saying this. That is exactly what MJ said. That he gave his bed to the guests. People like to twist words around to suit their own perverted thoughts. Poor Michael.
Sarah Om my pleasure. Wade Robson was a big MJ fan. always has been. he auditioned for a las vegas tribute to Michael jackson (and quit the job he was working for at that current point in time) because he wanted to be the choreographer for it. he was rejected and shortly after became bankrupt. it was after this that he suddenly ‘remembered’ all that had supposedly happened to him. he tried to sue Michael Jackson’s estate for $1.3 billion and was told by the judge, and i quote, “No rational fact finder could possibly believe Robsons sworn statement”. after losing this case, he now owed MJ’s estate $100k. with him being bankrupt and being at least 100k in debt, he decided to make this documentary. that’s just a little bit on wade robson, there’s also a lot of stuff like the fact that he said he realised he was abused in 2013 but apparently told his mother in 2005. James Safechuck also said that MJ never allowed his mother to be around them, yet there’s multiple pictures of MJ with safechuck and his mother. i can’t remember he exact details right now but his timeline doesn’t add up at all either. Evan chandler (father of Jordan chandler) was caught on tape saying he was going to ‘win big’ and extort michael of a lot of money. His own son asked to be emancipated from his parents because evan chandler was threatening him. He committed suicide 4 months after Michaels death. Gavin Arvizo’s family are basically infamous in hollywood for using celebs and trying to scam them of their money by using pretty much every trick in the book. sorry this is long, i didn’t want to go into too much detail otherwise nobody will read it. hope that explains it.

So before blaming anyone of lying or whatever. I should make sure of the facts myself.
Sarah Om you’re most welcome, also in the interview with martin bashir michael said he would sleep in the same room but never in the same bed with the children (his bedroom had a similar plan to a two story house). with regards to where you can find these, it’s hard for me to provide sources for all of these are they’re mostly research that i’ve done pretty much since 2010 but there’s a lot of credible sources online where they’ve spoken about this (but be weary of tabloids they either exaggerate stories or completely lie) if i’m not mistaken, the fbi report is available (but it’s 300 pages long and basically says nothing happened) there’s also documents, transcripts, extortion videos of evan chandler on youtube which are available to the public

@@olasikora3844 At 30 and until 35 actually my abuser was in my life and I supported him, celebrated him and acted as though everything was ok. After years of pushing it down, the psychological disassociation and refusal to allow your mind to ever go there it becomes very normal, very habitual to live this way. Because you still carry all the positive emotion toward the abuser you focus all your energies on those emotions. If you accept the negative ones then you have to be ready for the waterfall of stuff that comes crashing onto you. So if you're not ready then you build a dam. I can see perfectly how these guys acted the way they did.... but its so specific to an abused person that its hard to explain to someone looking in because it looks like crazy behaviour. When you finally break the dam, you suddenly are ready to fight for your truth, fight for your life and behaviours, attitudes and everything else does a 180. "Dan Reed said no financial interest" 😂 they have been trying to sue for 100s of millions..their case is still under appeal. Safechucks family were being sued nearly a million a few weeks before he saw wade on tv, then he suddenly remembers being abused and makes a claim. Wade even wrote a blog saying he was having problems with his career, mum testified he was having financial problems..wife threatening to leave him.. final straw was when he was turned down by the estate for a job, in his words, wanted badly.. he then tried to shop a book about MJ..."my story of abuse will make me relatable/ relevant"....no one would publish..then he tries to sue the estate! Read their cases. It's all public. Abusers will abuse at any opportunity. So it's no difference to leaving your child alone with a trusted baby sitter. MJ was a trusted adult to these families, his bedroom was a 2 floor duplex, 3 bathrooms..(bigger than average houses)..whole familes slept in his bedroom. Just like leaving your kid alone at a baby sitters house If they're going to abuse, they will abuse..difference is, MJ wasn't alone. Read the court transcripts. There's so many myths reported and they have all been proven to be false. Even Wade & Safechuck's recent court case.
So y’all gone wait til the man dead to make a documentary about it!?! Even after he was investigated and they found NOTHING!?! Well, I’ll be looking forward to the documentary they make about Elvis and how Priscilla Presley was 14 and Hugh Hefner and how he recruited underaged girls for Playboy!
Who says there shouldn't be documentaries made about Hugh Hefner and Elvis though? Isn't that exactly what we want (at least those of us that actually care about stopping predators)? Lord knows Gloria Steinem and countless women HAVE done exposes and books written on Hefner and his extreme sexism and abuse of women. Shouldn't we be fighting for ALL of these predators to be held accountable, including MJ? It's not like we're all in the dark here. MJ was out and proud about his fascination with children and still got away with it...he was playing the public like we're fools, right in front of our faces, giving zero fucks.
@@theelolicious9302 You said facts...you mean like the fact that the police raid confiscated rooms of books and pictures of naked children with animal sacrifice, gore and mutilation and children in sexual positions, porn with children's faces put on the bodies of adults, BDSM and violent pornography and bestiality from MJ's room? Is that the fact you're talking about it? You're right, the documents are just a click away, but I'm sure keeping your head in the sand is more comfortable...for you, at least (the child victims don't have that privilege).
@bob smith well you really think that wade or james had some time ALONE with MJ? only two of them? i don't think so. there was always someone else in the room.
I really think MJ had the mind of a child and thought of those boys as his friend. He needed psychological help which is why he was constantly under the influence.
I completely understand when victims voice their opinions on this issue & I’m sorry. However, I firmly believe that being a victim isn’t enough to suffice as the ONLY justification to condemn Michael Jackson. In this gen, where movements are manipulated, facts and evidence count. Michael Jackson is and will always be innocent.
What I don’t understand is how many people have made up their minds MJ is innocent. We weren’t there. We don’t know. In very rare cases is there ever evidence a molestation took place. If someone would have taken you into a room when you were a child and performed oral sex or introduced a finger in your anus there would be no proof it had happened. It would be your word against theirs and nobody would be sure of what the truth is. Also, it‘s embarrassing and hard to even tell anyone that happened to you so there would probably be no police report either.

(Edit:My video is now on my channel) I need to make my own video about this! I'm tired of people automatically aasuming MJ is innocent. People have no idea how grooming works. That level of manipulation is unmatched. People keep asking where's the evidence as if a paedphile would actually leave evidence. It 99% of the time always takes YEARS for victims to get to a point of acceptance, healing and willing to speak on it - that's to all the people asking why are they coming out now. Enough said for now
Sisanda CJ Thanks for mentioning the grooming process! I have been shocked to see that none of the videos I've seen of people discussing this subject have mentioned the characteristics of a pedophile. First, most pedophiles are trusted family members and friends. Some are strangers, but most are close to the family. Secondly, in order to gain that trust, pedophiles work hard at grooming the families by appearing to be trustworthy, friendly, helpful, loving and generous. That's how they gain access to the children by making the parent believe their children are safe with them.
They are giving victims a voice. He wasnt found innocent, he was found not guilty, and thats because he had the best lawyers in the business. He also paid another victim 23 million.

What I do know is that... a lot of people who do “ open up “ about themselves being “ abused” or “sexually harassed/ molested” by a celebrity... the immediate thought by people from the outside looking in is “ they are probably doing this money “ or “ if it’s true , why did they wait so long “ here’s my thing : it doesn’t matter how long it was for them to share their stories or who they accused of doing it... For the REAL victims out there , its already hard enough coming out about it then it’s worse when you have people that blame you or victimize you and it’s a terrible feeling
When you wait 20 years to report an alleged crime, YEAH you're going to get bashed. Sorry that's just how the world works. Because all you did was allow the supposed perpetrator run amuck, while you stayed quiet and timid, instead of having BALLS and GUTS and STRENGTH and COURAGE to SPEAK OUT.

Think about it this way: God forbid, if your child was sexually violated, would you settle for money? Or would you want the offender to rot behind bars? He left us so long ago, and “they’” are still trying to get back at him for speaking out against them. I stand with MJ.
Exactly. This all started because the Chandlers (the initial accusers that we’re paid $22M) extorted Michael and then ran off with their money and weren’t interested in persuing a criminal trial. Who does that? Wouldn’t you wan’t that predator in jail? And no there wasn’t anything from stopping them. Not to mention, there’s tape recordings of the father planning to extort Michael way before he drugged his own son to get him to tell this story. Upon Michael’s death, that same father shot himself. The child also filed emancipation from his parents and no longer wants to be identified. Everyone has has just followed suit on the money train. Smh. This is just making a mockery of genuine survivors.
You guys need to stop blaming the parents! Yes they failed them, we know that but also someone used his power and status to manipulate people into thinking that they could leave their child with him. MANIPULATION, ABUSE OF POWER!
The parents are pimps doesn't matter whether something was wrong with MJ the only way you can let a stranger with your kids is when you are giving up them for adoption. Visiting Michael Jackson's ranch is different from staying there the parents were more interested in material gain than the welfare of their kids.MJ had his own flaws but to say he would sexually abuse them kids that I doubt very much to me MJ was too much obsessed in being a white people's darling .

I hope you've never had a sleepover or intend on going to one because most people live in 2 story buildings and if you're going to say Michael is weird you should apply it to pretty much anybody who has sleepovers.
preach! I'm not going to jump to conclusions and say that he's guilty - but one thing that we need to acknowledge is that being in the bedroom of a much older guy that is not your dad is not ok.
Michael is innocent. He cared and loved for kids so much the media set him up and used it against him to destroy his image.🤦🏾♀️ #MJISINNOCENT love you MJ RIP.
I don't know what happened. I wasn't there. Sometimes victims protect their oppressors, sometimes there is a weird attachment and it takes something and many years to get them to open up about what happened. That could be these two men's cases. I am very skeptical of these two testimonies however, and i am not an MJ fan. There have been trials and no substantial proof to arrest him. Testimonies from MJ's entourage, even those who had no stake in defending him, are overwhelmingly positive. MJ was "weird", but does not have the profile of a child molester. Child molesters are not eccentrics. They typically mask themselves under a "traditional" veneer to hide their intentions. They wouldn't openly be around children like MJ did. Then again, maybe MJ does not fit this profile because of his exceptional status... In any case, Michael acted inappropriately when he hung out with children the way he did (even if it was innocent and platonic). The children's parents were wrong to let their children hung out with MJ the way they did. Like Tamera said, as a parent i would not allow that. MJ's entourage/family was wrong. They should have told him to put some safeguards for himself and the children he welcomed in his circle. i hope that the truth comes out once and for all. In any case, by respect for people and especially victims, I want to stay open to listening these men's testimonies, and will probably watch the docu. However, I'd like an unbiased journalistic piece to be made where all aspects of the cases are represented truthfully. We owe that to all victims first, but also to all accusers (even if they are disingenuous) and all accused (who are sometimes innocent). This principle is about justice and respect for our human dignity.
Iniit!!! It's no surprise that Wade protected MJ under oath. Grooming is sooo complex to the point that you'd be willing to protect your abuser. Actually MJ fits a paedophile profile. Charitable, helpful, hard working, well respected, child lover, revolutionary, smart etc. He fits a that profile to a t.
@@SisandaCJ that's a good point. But i don't want to put someone under the bus because they love children and are charitable. Many people would fit the profile of a pedophile then. What i think ring bells for many people is MJ's eccentricities. That is why i mentioned that pedophiles we traditionally hear about are not eccentrics "acting like children" but people behaving like "regular" (or "normal") adults.... then again maybe MJ is the exception.
According to a study of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (1992), pedophile perpetrators are often victims of sexual abuse themselves, their closest adult friends are oftentimes pedophile themselves (Elizabeth Taylor?), most of them have large collections of child erotica (which was not found at the Neverland raids) and so on. Following these ideas, Michael Jackson only very unlikely was a child molester. I don't say that this or any other article is the bible for what a pedophile perpetrator is nor do I defend or accuse Michael Jackson. I would just like to call for more carefulness when making a judgement. Our initial feelings often only scratch a very vague surface which oftentimes does not mirror reality.
Jeannie, you are 100 percent correct. Personally, I believe Wade and Safechuck. I can understand why they kept quiet for so long. It was Michael freaking Jackson... The king of the world. I cannot believe that ANYONE who watched that documentary in its totality would not be convinced of Michael's guilt after watching it. It amazes me that people out there still defend him.

@@rahkiajimmerson734- good point - one has to trust someone obviously unless you spend 24/7 with your children - but being super careful and using gut feelings and common sense is very important. Queen Enails is right that parents must protect their children as much as is possible - this can also be done by talking to them very early and explaining that nobody is allowed to touch their body.
@Queen Enails you have to trust your husband or don't marry him or make children with him. As a victim of sexual abuse I had to learn my husband in and out and when we had children I was their 1st teacher on sexual abuse. I didn't play hanging at friend's house but I did allow their friends to stay at mine. I trusted what went on in my house. I also didn't play them sitting on laps. Knowing and being honest about the fact that I was sexually aroused at an early age made me pay attention to certain signs with my children and I educated them accordingly.
What Jeannie and Tamera are saying about the topic in general I agree with, however I wish even one of the ladies at the table would've done more research into these accusations so they could see for themselves how bogus they are. Also, Michael said that he slept on the floor when kids slept in his bed, he never slept next to them. And the kids would keep bugging him to sleep there, he never asked them to, he just didn't have the heart to say no to them, again that is the parents' fault.
UKH711Love1466 No. He actually admitted to sleeping on the bed with them. There was another time he said he slept on the floor. He talked about sleeping with Macaulay on one side and his brother on the other. Look it up. It'll take you one second. And watch the documentary so you can judge for yourself. There are very creepy recordings and faxes from Michael even if you don’t believe the guys’ words.
UKH711Love1466 here’s what Michael Jackson said in the Bashir documentary. His own words: "I have slept in a bed with many children," said Jacko, with not particularly hilarious consequences. "I slept in a bed with all of them when Macauley Culkin was little. Kieran Culkin would sleep on this side, Macauley Culkin was on this side, his sisters in there. We all would just jam in the bed, you know. We would wake up at dawn and go in the hot air balloon." Another suspicious thing that was confirmed by Macaulay and Michaels staff is that there was a bell that announced if anyone was coming close to opening his bedroom door. Here’s what Macaulay said: “There was like a walkway kind of thing, where if somebody was approaching the door, it would kind of like ‘ding-dong, ding-dong,’” Culkin testified. “When anyone would approach the room, yeah, you’d hear this kind of-soft kind of alarm, like ‘ding-dong’ kind of thing.”
My gut feeling is that something is wrong here. We have to put aside and separate Michael Jackson as the king of pop, the music icon etc. The fact is, he shared his bed with little boys - that is WRONG.
The fact is, no evidence was ever given to prove MJ did anything to those boys. Currently these two men are coming out with new details that took tuem 20 years to publicize. There is no evidence and MJ. is not here to defend hinself. These men have also filed a new lawsuit against MJs estate.
Yes, listen to that gut feeling it's considered your second brain. Watch leaving Neverland if you haven't. The truth is in front of your eyes, you know 40 year old men don't sleep with 7 year olds.
SarraTarra You do know that this whole “slept in the bed with boys” is something the media made up and people have been running with it ever since. Prove your gut right or wrong and thoroughly research the allegations made against him.
I remember when I had my first son I was so protective of him I didn’t even want anyone else to even hold him. We got home just in time for New Year’s Eve, and while everyone celebrated downstairs, I stayed in my room with him and when I heard the chanting downstairs I just whispered happy new year to my baby and cried. I felt so unworthy of him. I would do anything for him. I could never even fathom leaving him alone with some person over night like that. I’ve barely ever gone on date nights in over ten years because I don’t trust anyone to watch my kids with the same protective nature I have as their mother. I’m so obsessed with keeping them safe. We have talks about this stuff, and I’m actually considering watching this documentary with them so THEY can see how grooming works and hopefully this will NEVER happen to them. I honestly don’t know what I’d do if I ever found out someone hurt them like this.
You know, honestly, I started to cry when she talked about telling someone for the first time. I've had multiple abusers, and I pushed men away that wanted to pursue a relationship with me because of it. I felt dirty, and ugly, and like something was wrong with me. I still haven't told my family because I don't think they'd believe me. I tried telling my pastor but he accused me and all I could do was stare in shock. I've cut so many people out of my life because I still have those issues like I'm the problem. It's a hard thing but I urge anyone to be stronger than I was and don't wait to talk about it bc it will help you heal or at least start the healing process a lot faster. My heart goes out to all abused victims of any and all forms of abuse, may God heal their hearts!
I honestly do not know what to believe because there is no proof on either side but you have to be honest with yourself and acknowledge that it is not at all normal for a grown man to be sleeping with two children like wtf is the point in that
He didn't sleep on the bed with them, he let them take the bed and would himself sleep on the floor, he said it himself in the Bashir documentary. He said that the kids would always ask him if they could sleep with him in his bed, and him being nice and unable to say no to kids would give them his bed. The real question you should be asking is what kind of parents allow their children to sleep in a grown man's bed? The parents who got their kids to do this had their own motive behind it.
UKH711Love1466 obviously the parents were irresponsible in the situation but that does not take away with how weird it is for a grown man to have children sleeping in his bed
@@jennyjennr I get it, normal people don't share a room with children, but Michael wasn't a normal person. He loved children very much and was also very naive when it came to saying no. These children who came to stay with him were most of the time sick or cancer survivors, and they loved Michael a lot, so they always wanted to be close to him. They wouldn't let him get up to go to the bathroom without following him, and so Michael did try to set some boundaries. He said that he would never say no to a child who asked him if they could sleep in his room, but he also wouldn't sleep on the bed with them, he'd take the floor. And to him that wasn't so weird, MJ's brother Jermaine said that that's how him and his brothers were raised, all six of them sharing one room, and so that's how Michael thought of it. Obviously Michael didn't like the children sleeping in his bed all the time, but didn't want to disappoint them and say no to sick children. I just feel that people judge MJ from the standards of a normal man, but what they really should consider is his life, his past, and his personality. First off, no other man is as famous as MJ was, so they wouldn't be in the position of having sick children begging to sleep in their room. Second, MJ basically never had a childhood, he's been working since he was like 8, and didn't have a life or friends or normalcy because of his fame. He was surrounded by adults as a kid, which is why he liked to surround himself with kids as an adult, he connected better with them. And that doesn't mean there's anything sexual about it, I wish people would try to understand MJ a little more, he would never harm a child.
Savage BLACK7 and it’s also stated in the court documents that that urned out the be a lie which is why the charges were dropped. Martin Brashir also took back everything he alluded to about Michael in that “documentary” the day Michael passed. These are also facts
@@ms.mitchell2799 getting kids drunk was literally the only thing there was enough concrete evidence to be charged and convicted for. Thats not a lie. The jury literally found him guilty on those charges. The guilty verdict for that charge was read live on audio. You can go listen to them. And you can view the case files. He was def found guilty of intoxicating children.
Yes Jeannie. I didn’t speak up until I was in my 30’s because it was a close relative. You can NOT dismiss that it does happen just cause it didn’t happen to you. A lot of us were too embarrassed and shamed to speak up until we became adults.
Because it brought back memories of her own abuse. btw the 2 liars in the doc are going straight to hell lmfaooooo both hired the same attorney to sue the Mj estate years ago but the case was dismissed. Now theyre doing this ish. Also look at Taj jacksons and brandi jacksons twitter accounts. Talk about TEA!!
Khaliah Terry did you see the documentary. Because James especially was so hurt that it made it hard to watch. And in the interview with Oprah after you see that he’s distraught the whole time. And he’s a man who’s been taught by society to be stoic. You must also realize that many people who are sexually abused close off emotionally. I could see that Wade until the second part where you see it all come out towards the end. Everyone keeps dismissing the allegations because of Wade defending Michael as an adult. But no one mentions James because it’s a lot harder to do.
Thank you 🙏🏼 Jeanie and Tamara for focusing on the message of this documentary and expressing empathy for those who stand to speak their truth. Child abuse is an incredible sensitive topic and we should honor those who are brave to share their experience❤️
I remember getting sooo annoyed I wasn’t allowed to sleepover. Forget Michael Jackson asking, my mom would have looked Gandhi in the eyes and said hell no. I have to say though, as an adult I’m really grateful and sleeping over is not something I’d be comfortable with for my children either.
Jeanie with all due respect, I get where your coming from and I'm sorry for what you went through but you can not apply your own experience to an incident where these accusers have come out and said this for decades and attempted to sue him for 1.3 billion and lost and then brought F.B.I charges againsy him and once again lost, now when he is dead they want to attack him again with this when he's not here to defend himself. They couldve used any of the countless famous Hollywood executives who have raped children for decades if they truly wanted to teach people to be aware lol this is a lynching.
@Janet's Purpose why would I do that tho ? Lol that's the parents fault then. Everything is not malicious I've slept in bed with kids who arent mine, if I'm babysitting my friends kids I treat them like their my own which includes feeding them, bathing them, tucking them in and sleeping or staying with them through the night if their scared or want someone in the room with them and I would never do anything to hurt them ever that's disgusting.
I'm one of those people whose parents never let them sleep over. My parents never even let me sleep over at family's house, except my grandmas. I had to call them the minute i got home from school, in HS. I couldn't stay home alone until I was 14. They were over protective and I'm glad they were. I'm the same with my daughter. There's so much evil in this world, you never know who's plotting. Always remember these stories if your kids beg you to be more lenient with these conditions. Always stay vigilant, never let your guard down.
Both parties should be there, when there's accusations and that too such a grave one. Now even if there's truth, feel like it's injustice with no proof and no way to prove and the person not there to defend themselves.
Why as humans, are we so ENAMORED by celebrities/"icons" whatever...a victim is a victim is a victim!! They are not less of a victim because their abuser is an "icon". Detach yourself from being a fan for one moment and try and be empathetic and sensitive to victims! Thank you Jeannie!
I can't believe you guys are in on this. Even after his death, people are still ready to reap some $$$ from the dead? Are we this callous and whimsical? FBI cleared Micheal after 10 years of investigation. Why now? How do people feel in their lies and contradiction. The Bible says everyone lies to their neighbours. I hope they don't look for a priest to confess their lies on their death beds, because the priest can't go public. Some parents could be so terrible. Encouraging their kids to lie because of 💰 💰 💰. Wondering what happened to the human conscience. Note by those of you seeking money under false accusations, that there's karma. There are generational sins, hope you're ready to pay the price and also sacrifice your grand and great-grandchildren's destiny. The sins of the father shall be visited unto the children and grandchildren till 4th generation. We hope your offsprings don't come in the future shedding some coconut tears on behalf of your greed and lies.
I absolutely believe these boys were abused. Absolutely NO grown man should have children sleep in bed with him. Especially children are are not his! He wasn’t a loving father cuddling his child when they had a nightmare. He was a creepy adult. That is not something a sane person does. That right there is predatory behavior. There is no justifying that and Michael admitted himself that that occurred. These kids did not ever belong in his room period. A child and an adult in a room together in bed...I’m sorry but those boys were abused.
Oh gosh. What master manipulator would admit his grand plan on television UNLESS he actually believed it was appropriate and made sense to other people. Him sleeping next to children was definitely inappropriate but it doesn't mean he abused them. Not every human that goes against societal norms is evil and up to no good.
Since Sundance and HBO & many other media appear to be more interested in salacious fabrications than actual journalism, let me do it for them. This all started in 1993. There was an attempt by Evan Chandler to procure funds from Michael Jackson to pursue his screenwriting dreams. When Michael does not comply, Evan seeks out a private attorney and publicly makes the accusation that Michael molested his son. He is on tape stating such things as “If I go through with this I win big time. I will get everything I want. It will be a massacre if I don’t get what I want.” His son, Jordan, who lives with his mother, repeatedly denies being molested. However, when he goes on visitation to stay with his father, he changes his story and “admits” he was molested. The police open an investigation. They search Michael’s home as well as his entire body. The boy’s description does not match. The boy says Michael is circumcised, we know from his autopsy that he was not. The police convened two separate grand juries to press charges, but both refused due to lack of evidence. Meanwhile, the civil case is proceeding, and Michael is required to give a deposition. But the district attorney refuses to close the criminal case. Michael's lawyers press the court to delay the civil deposition until the criminal case is closed and the other side presses for it to continue. That's right, the accusers want the civil trial, and Michael the criminal investigation. Let that one sink in. Judge, unfortunately, agrees with the accusers and so, Michael must either give a deposition in the civil case and allow the district attorney to try to build a case around his deposition or he must settle. This takes his right to a fair criminal trial, should one ever occur, away. For example, if he gives an alibi, they can change the dates when they press charges. This happened in 2003, they changed the dates on the charge sheet once they found out on TV that Michael had an airtight alibi. Even the state of California eventually agreed and changed their laws so this cannot happen to anyone again. A defendant should have the right to present their defense for the first time, in a criminal court room. Michael had numerous lawsuits that he was dealing with constantly and the overwhelming majority were settled for practical reasons, this was nothing new. Not long after all of this, Jordan Chandler filed for emancipation from his parents, and I have to say, I can’t blame him. And, oh, by the way, the civil settlement did not stop anyone from continuing the criminal investigation, but I suppose since Evan got his money and Jordan wanted emancipation from his parents, no one cared about the criminal pursuit any longer. Move forward to 2003. Michael appears in a highly slanted documentary made by Bashir where he, at Bashir’s urging, invites a prior cancer victim that he helped up to Neverland for the interview. In the interview, the boy says he and his brother slept in Michael’s bed and Michael and another adult friend of Michael’s on the floor. Media started speculating non-stop on TV that Michael was molesting this child. Both the police and child services begin an investigation. The media is hounding the boy’s family so Michael invites them to stay at a guest house in Neverland for a couple weeks until the media frenzy dies down. The district attorney (same one as from 1993) is out for blood. But he has a problem. For anyone who watches the full, unedited version of this interview and the way they were praising Michael, it would be very hard to believe this boy was molested. So, the story they go to court with as that the molestation occurred after, when the family went back to Neverland. That’s right, Michael has known this child for three years, never molested him, but the police want you to believe that at the height of the world speculating every day on TV that he is molesting this child, in the middle of a police and child services investigation, he suddenly has a realization that he wants to start molesting this child. And then there is the credibility of the witnesses, who previously sewed JC Penny for sexual harassment, who committed welfare fraud, who pursued numerous celebrities for funds, who held fund raisers to pay for medical expenses when they already had insurance, etc. And on the witness stand repeatedly contradicted themselves and each other. It was clear from testimony that only once they were cut out of Michael Jackson’s life, and only once they lost the free ride they were hoping to maintain indefinitely, did they concoct the molestation allegations. And mind you, instead of going to the police they went to the same exact civil attorney that got the 1993 settlement. But as I mentioned above, laws were changed now, and the attorney told them they had to pursue the criminal route prior to the civil route. The list of absurdities that was this case just goes on and on and on. The only reason it got past a grand jury is because the public had at this point been brain washed for 10 years by the media into believing that Michael Jackson is a child molester. Otherwise the grand jury would have given these allegations the same fate two separate grand juries gave the 1993 allegations. Move forward to a few years after Michael’s passing (RIP). Wade Robson is involved in various tribute shows to MJ, continues to praise him in the press, and before he passed, continued to occasionally spend time with Michael. During the 2005 trial, he, among others, testified that Michael never touched them. They were witnesses called by the defense. What abuser would take the risk of calling a witness to the stand, that he had previously abused, a witness that was in no way integral to the defense? It defies all logic. A few years after Michael’s death Wade petitions the Estate to allow him to be the lead choreographer of the Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil show. That’s right, he wants to work every day and night, for years, travelling around the world choreographing a tribute to Michael. He even tells the press he got the job. But the Estate decided to give the job to someone else. Once a choreographer for acts like Britney Spears, his career appears to be on the skids. So, what does he do? He sues Michael Jackson’s estate for child molestation. Notice the same pattern with the prior accusers, then want ‘in’ and only once they are cut ‘out’ do they make molestation accusations. The amount of inconsistent statements and contradictions in the lawsuit are overwhelming, including such blatant lies as Wade claiming he did not know about the existence of the MJ Estate until immediately prior to filing his lawsuit, even though he is on camera and in emails discussing and asking the MJ Estate for the lead job on Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil shows. His lawsuit is thrown out of court. So, what does he do then? Has HBO and Sundance give him airtime to share his “story”. In regards to Safechuck, he jumped in on Wade’s lawsuit once he heard about it for what I’m sure he hoped would be an easy payday. If you read Safechuck’s allegations he appears to have copied them from a book from the 1990’s entitled “Michael Jackson was my Lover” written by Victor Gutierrez, who thanks NAMBLA in his book and who was successfully sued by Michael Jackson for defamation for close to $3 million. Gutierrez fled the country and did not pay. Sadly, there are no defamation laws to protect the deceased, which is why Safechuck and HBO can now air this nonsense. I’m certain that none of this will be covered in the documentary. No, instead we will get salacious claims from discredited individuals and they and Sundance and HBO will all make their profits at the expense of a man who is no longer here to defend himself. Shame on all of them. Anyone who wants to copy/paste and post this elsewhere, please feel free to do so. Jeannie, I am SO sorry that was done to you. And for any other victim of molestation and sexual abuse, I AM SORRY that you had to go through that. I can’t begin to know what you all went through and are going through having your innocence STOLLEN from you. With that being said, I am all for giving victims a voice. I am NOT for giving them a voice at the expense of Michael Jackson’s character and legacy. Those two men are lying out their asses and it’s only a matter of time until the truth comes out.
Jeanie I am so sorry. Because I know a lot in reality tv is fabricated but I feel that was genuine from you. I pray for your continued healing and thanks for still understanding from both sides and not just condemning him based on what happened to you!!
Sexual abuse is not child's play.. It ruins lives forever.. People under no circumstances should manipulate false accusations for monetary gain.. And how is it allowed in a developed country to deflect from your charges of abuse?? The fact that there's a custom of shushing the accusers with heavy compensation is the reason for false accusations, not me too movement or feminism.
We are living in such a fascinating era now...between this, Bill Cosby, Harvey Weinstein, R. Kelly...I predict Prince and Elvis will be next. The crazy thing is these accusations of ALL these men have been going around for YEARS but finally as a society our ears are perking up and we're paying more attention to the details. The marriage to Aaliyah in R. Kelly's case, and that sex tape. With MJ, the COUNTLESS young boys all around him - the obsession with "Neverland" and childlike imagery. Believe whatever you want to believe, but the reality is that if these weren't incredibly talented, famous, "untouchable" public figures, but just your next door neighbor or your uncle, you'd be incredibly concerned and would never allow your kids around them, let alone sleeping in the same bed.
I don't understand why oprah and Jeanie and like are saying it's bigger than Michael...it's about the message. This is at the expense of a man who most believe is innocent and according to the same person who always said it was false. Michael has been proven innocent...tarnishing is name further is not ok. Its immoral to speak of someone like this after their death without proof.
Wow, I am so thankful that she told her story about abuse because she understands how those men feel that we’re abused by Michael Jackson. Jeannie thank you!!! We just had the same happen in our family. The abused person didn’t speak about it until she was 35 and the whole family would have never guessed her stepdad had been abusing her for so long. They looked normal and he practically brainwashed/groomed her into thinking it was normal for so long and we asked her why she never spoke up even when her mom asked if the step dad was abusing her and she said she truly believed he loved her but now after listening to a sermon at church about sexual abuse to children she decided it was the right time to speak up. It’s all crazy how the mind works in protecting oneself from horrible abuses.
I am disappointed in Oprah for doing this documentary. Oprah is wrong for giving these men a voice and now I can see why Mo'Nique said that Oprah is shady. Oprah also interviewed Mo'Nique's molester and Mo'Nique was totally against Oprah doing that. Oprah is CANCELLED!
I've disliked Oprah since I saw the way she made fun of MJ after her interview with him, she's been trying to discredit MJ for years and its disgusting, glad its out in the open now how much of a hater she is
@@louisas3403 I really don't get why tho, and the public can support her all she wants, but many of us have always known she was a hypocrite, but now a lot more people see it too.
As a former victim of child molestation whose parents never did or say ANYTHING when they were told about what had happened to me (by myself about 3 years after)... And as a fan of Michael Jackson, I'm just so torn about this whole thing. I hope the truth come out once and for all.
After watching this documentary. It really opened my eyes. I do understand the grooming. My uncle did the same to me. And I never spoke about it for many years.
Listen I'm so sorry to hear that but I'm going straight forward Watch the both sides I mean search about the facts instead believing a mockumentary without evidence! Go and watch Square one, go and watch LOVING Neverland, go and watch lies of leaving Neverland, go and read FBI files! Judge, juries, FBI all have said those liars are lying! There is Not even a single evidence against Michael! You can't condemn him like that! I have searched from the both the sides that's why I'm telling you! The more you will search the more innocent you will gonna found him because facts don't lie people do!
I'm so thankful to my parents for protecting me through my childhood. I wasn't allowed at anyone's house, not even family. Now that I have two children I understand why. I'm so thankful they kept me safe.
I am a mental health nurse. Before our local prison closed, part of my role wad to support prisoners on the VP wing (vulnerable prisoners). The one thing you learn very quickly is that all paedophiles protest their innocense. They are misunderstood and were framed by the police. The favourite line was always 'I didn't know they were under age'.
its not weird at all considering michael jacksons abuse as a child and how his career/childhood shaped him. He didnt even have a childhood at all (Go listen to his song "childhood" i cried like a baby the first time i ever listened to it bc i could relate so much) he just wanted to have a childhood and felt much safer around kids. Read up on complex PTSD. He was a victim of this unfortunately due to his fathers abusive style of parenting (beating mj everytime he messed up a dance step or something) MJ spoke about wanting to throw up and feeling physicially ill whenever his father was in the room. He also saw his father cheat on his mother, having sex with other women etc etc. MJ was literally a kid at heart and only ever liked older women (Diana Ross, whitney houston etc etc) He looked at kids as pure. You can go back and watch clips of him with children and watch how je interacts with them. He literally adores tf out of them. He holds their little hands, kisses their little cheeks. very protective. He talked about just wanting kids to feel loved since he never got that as a kid. Hence The Neverland Ranch. Where kids can just be kids. He would play with them like they were his literal friends since mike himself never really had friends due to him being a superstar and ppl would take advantage of him so much. Theres clips right here on youtube where you see mike playing with his little cousins, and maculay culkin. He literally turns into a 6 year old. Y'all dont understand bc y'all didnt live his life and dont understand mentall disorders like complex ptsd.
^ it's not weird. i literally slept with my friends little sister all the time when she was a kid. Y'all think its weird bc y'all wasnt loved growing up. Same goes for the actual weirdos who think pecking your children on the lips is "weird" so i guess im a pedo now as well? What about justin bieber who sleeps with his little siblings all the time? These kids are around 5-10. How is it weird for an adult to sleep or cuddle a child?
I'm with Jeannie. I too was abused when I was 11-12 and didn't say anything until I was 30. I'm glad this documentary came out even if it's triggering as hell, but it brings awareness to the victims and in all honestly makes me feel okay to speak up.
I think Michael Jackson was a lost soul. There was some form of arrested development at work, and he was in many ways still a child mentally. I admit I could be wrong, and I don’t believe he ever molested anyone. My thought is that he was doing these very childish things like having sleepovers with kids, not completely understanding that perception vs reality can be a losing game. People don’t care about your psychological state when you’re an adult carrying on with kids this way.
I’ve heard the worst question you can ask your child after you pick them up from a friends is, “were you good?” Because if something bad happened that child may think you know and that you support it. You should always ask them if they felt happy whilst they were there. And several other signs to look out for!
I totally believe he did it even though I don’t want to either. Jeannie just said she didn’t come out about her abuse till she was 30 so how is it so hard to believe it with these guys? People have to come to terms with abuse in their own time, I’m sure going through those trails was devastating for those men and made them push it down further. I believe them for sure.
THANK YOU Julia !!!!!!! If you look at the face of second victim James during the Oprah interview that is a man who is really suffering and in complete mental anguish. These 2 VICTIMS are incredibly brave. I LOVE Michael Jackson, bought the records, spent 12 hours practicing the 'Thriller' dance moves when I first saw 'The Making of Thriller' at the age of 12, and went to see him live in 93 on his Dangerous Tour when I was in my 20's. I'm devastated and disgusted by the new allegations but I have to come to terms that Michael Jackson the 'King of Pop' was a paedophile !!! We were conned by an ICON ! I feel so bad for his other victims like Jordan Chandler who was vilified and abused twice, first by Michael Jackson and second by the public.
@@sarawashington5485 Yes!! And their stories are so real and so heartbreaking, very similar to other child abuse stories. Very sad. I hope everyone can learn something from these stories, especially how to protect your children, this shouldn't have happened!
@@theelolicious9302 Learn more about what sexual child abuse really looks like and watch their interview with Oprah. She says some very enlightening things about child abuse, abuse tactics, and what the children grow up thinking. Also the FBI investigation wasn't as extreme as people believe. Everyone loves Michael Jackson but anyone can be a monster.
Julia_aaa okay so then you can be the monster. michael was not a monster. there is no way in heaven or hell that there was a 10 year investigation, numerous police raids at his house, his condos, his parents house, his assistance’s house, his managers house, and there are various depositions, phone and wire tapings. and still they found absolutely n o t h i n g. james and wade have been caught out lying in this more times than i can count. so excuse me for wanting to not believe them.
The most important statement of this talk -> "I don't WANT to believe it" - that is the big problem of this whole issue. Plato's cave parable all over! But thanks for the honesty - that's the first step (not just for this issue) - this is an unexpectedly great discussion.
This is for the people that keep commenting “he’s not here to defend hisself” So since he isn’t here alleged victims have no say so in their experience? So not only do alleged victims have to struggle telling their parents/friends/associates about being raped. Not only do they have to worry about backlash. Not only do they have to have PROOF for the judgment and to convince fans. Not only do they have to go through a lot of mental hardships from the trauma. But HOLD UP here’s the big one....they gotta hurry up and get through all those troubles before their rapists dies?! Because the alleged rapist is dead now and the alleged victims experience holds no power anymore. REALLY PEOPLE?!?!? I feel sorry for alleged victims they have a lot to go through before feeling whole and heard.
But do you believe that every accuser is speaking the truth... Do you consider that their could be reason yo think the stories are twisted.. .Have you thought of it... if you are triggered to speakout because of your son... is making a documentary and court case the natural response to that. Now lets look on MJ side.... who will use a victim as star witness in a case like that.. Yes believe victims... but check the story... There is a lot of facts out there... MJ might even been a molester... my not with thiese guys... In summary all he did was love children... all the children.. poor, sick, innocent. It was his passion and then his greatest challenge He did more than sleep with children Care for them Donated to their charity even in death Visited them in hospital How about the boy with liver issues... Don't consider one act... look at the pattern.... Then look at the story... how can the mother say she rejoice at MJ's death... while her son said he did not tell any one till lately... please...... How do you get repeatedly molested in a train station that did not exist...
I agree with Tamara. We also need to see it as a parents’ lesson to be learned and be extra careful with who you surround your child. Children should be taught about how certain touches are not ok. Most children don’t know that’s its abuse until later because they don’t recognize it at the time.
Jeanie I feel you. I was molested by my own biological father. My mother died when I was 8. I told my step mother by writing her a letter. She tried to commit suicide, and was unsuccessful. After that incident, my father continued and I told my cousin after she found me crying. That’s how the abuse finally stopped. My family has never talked about this. My father died in 2007 before I could confront him and ask him why. My older sister and cousins were being sexually abused by him on a daily basis. Today we are all messed up.
I’m watching the documentary right now as an MJ fan, oh man this is so hard. I just don’t know. I would suggest everyone watch the doc before making an opinion.
I understand everyone’s point of view but honestly sometimes it takes someone passing away for truths to come out. So the fear is no longer there... no matter who the person who hurt them is. Celebrity or not.
Thanks for pointing it out. And it's hypocritical for her to say she recommends people to watch the film while she refused to do so herself. It would have made sense for her to get emotional if she knew for a fact that Robson and Safeschuck were victims, but they literally aren't. So why else would she be crying if she didn't believe atleast some part of it?
What you people fail to understand and realize is Michael was not capable of hurting anyone especially children so stop saying he did it when he didn't. Shut up
It’s not just adults. It happened to me for 3 years by my neighbor who was a few years older than me. He held power too because he was my “best friend” that I grew up with.
Its very hard to see our legends fall. We think we know them. We grew up listening to their music, we have memories attached to their songs, and we watched their TV shows. As talented as they are, they are human and have flaws.
Parents need to keep a close relationship with children so they can be able to discuss things like abuse. In a situation where it has already happened, the sooner the healing starts the better but because of bad support system most kids hold it in until they are hurting adults and that’s very scary
These comments are exactly the reason it’s so hard for those of us to tell the truth about sexual abuse. It was my sister’s husband and I was four and spent my entire life being told I lied by my family. I turned 50 this year and I didn’t lie, it happened. He was never prosecuted but was protected because everyone “loved “him. I couldn’t tell you where I put my keys most days but I can still vividly recall everything that happened to me at age 4. Believe it.
What Jeannie said I took to heart. I didn’t speak up until I was 15 years old. I was molested for 8 years. See the children who loved Michael just as much as we did. The film definetly didn’t make me think MJ was guilty but it made me question it!
I went to tons of sleepovers but my parents always knew the parents so I was safe
That's sad!
My parents did the same. I felt it was so unfair but now I understand and am grateful for how they protected me.
Yeah your parents were safe and responsible, but the parents of these kids knew exactly what they were doing, and were motivated by greed.

Just like leaving your kid alone at a baby sitters house

I couldn’t agree more
I don't know what happened.
@@SisandaCJ i don't think those are characteristics of a pedo sorry
Sweet Pea how can you hide in plain sight as an eccentric. Wouldn’t that make you stand out?

@Queen Enails you have to trust your husband or don't marry him or make children with him.
The Real has hands down the mosr sensitive response to the doc. Bravo.
His own words:
"I have slept in a bed with many children," said Jacko, with not particularly hilarious consequences. "I slept in a bed with all of them when Macauley Culkin was little. Kieran Culkin would sleep on this side, Macauley Culkin was on this side, his sisters in there. We all would just jam in the bed, you know. We would wake up at dawn and go in the hot air balloon."
Another suspicious thing that was confirmed by Macaulay and Michaels staff is that there was a bell that announced if anyone was coming close to opening his bedroom door.

Thank u jeannie for being genuine and vulnerable
Michael did state that he rather slit his wrist than to harm any child in the documentary with Martin Bashir
Well he was charged for giving children liquor to the point of them being drunk. Thats a fact. And im a huugge MJ fan.

How is Jeenie more distraught than the 2 people with allegations?
But no one mentions James because it’s a lot harder to do.
because unlike the 2 'victims' jeannie's story is real lmfao

I have watched many talk shows discuss this topic, this is by far one that I can say --- YOUR ALL ON POINT. Thank you.
I only just told my parents about my abuse that happened 20 years ago. Sometimes people keep it to their selfs out of shame
Thank you 🙏🏼 Jeanie and Tamara for focusing on the message of this documentary and expressing empathy for those who stand to speak their truth. Child abuse is an incredible sensitive topic and we should honor those who are brave to share their experience❤️
YES!!! Made me have the talk again to my daughter and be even more in depth with her.

Michael Jackson loved kids....that's all I know
Yeah but not in a sexual way
and that's all there is to it
Nattie bubbles ..? wtf where you doing when you were a kid ?!?! i sure as hell wasnt molesting other kids
That is all we need to know..well put in one line..
Reality Candy 💯 This has truly changed my stance on this #MeToo movement. Enough is enough.
It’s all crazy how the mind works in protecting oneself from horrible abuses.

its not weird at all considering michael jacksons abuse as a child and how his career/childhood shaped him.

This is for the people that keep commenting “he’s not here to defend hisself”
So since he isn’t here alleged victims have no say so in their experience?
It was his passion and then his greatest challenge
He did more than sleep with children
Care for them
Donated to their charity even in death
Visited them in hospital
How about the boy with liver issues...
I REALLY want them to talk about the Solange album
Jeannie is basically saying it's ok to exploit MJ as long as someone feels comfortable to speak their truth. I just don't agree with that.
Sassy Besos You heard that too?! I thought it was just me.
I really appreciate how the ladies handled this conversation! Queens
Lucy Lu So sorry to hear that.
Rest In Peace my King 🙏
These comments are exactly the reason it’s so hard for those of us to tell the truth about sexual abuse. It was my sister’s husband and I was four and spent my entire life being told I lied by my family. I turned 50 this year and I didn’t lie, it happened. He was never prosecuted but was protected because everyone “loved “him. I couldn’t tell you where I put my keys most days but I can still vividly recall everything that happened to me at age 4. Believe it.
I Hear You Jeanie. MJ The Victim In This Case. SMH Lies Run Sprints But Truth 👑💯👑 Runs 🛣 Marathons Though!!
What Jeannie said I took to heart. I didn’t speak up until I was 15 years old. I was molested for 8 years. See the children who loved Michael just as much as we did. The film definetly didn’t make me think MJ was guilty but it made me question it!
