90 degree bend all day because of the path of least resistance. You can also weld a 90 on the thermostat hat so you can move the hose out of the way.
Yes! That’s in the works with the thermostat now.
The 318 is a real working motor and with those 2 Turbos and the work you have done to motor I bet this truck will pull some numbers if you take it sled pulling. BADASS BUILD!

I would recommend welding bands holding the boost tubes together to eliminate tubes blowing off
And the blow needs to go on the bend for best function

Switch the tail lights so whitie is white on top! Blow off on the hat would look cool, go for function and ease in replacing springs.

You should do a comparison from 93 to e85. More vids and a better benefit to switching. Also i think it would look best on the passenger side of the intake housing. This series has inspired me to also boost my 360. I just scored another hx35 for the tt build. Good vids btw. I may have a spare light if someone else hasn't gotten you one already.

I would probably go with the BOV on the angle but on the hat would look cooler I would also start the dialing in on E85 and lastly that tail light matches the the tailgate and bed 😂 but seriously awesome video

@@RacingRamFam hey man I’m building a 99 1500 for my wife it was her first truck. I did a full resto frame new panels lines cables bc of rust and a ditch lol but it’s almost finished and is running now . Truck only has 62k original miles. 4wd xcab .im wanting to make more power. What heads should I look for or want to get? I’ll prolly boost it with a cam and rings but I’m more of an ls guy . Still learning about these mags. Any help is appreciated. Planning on a single t4 .

Oh yes! Just a cam and intake swap you can make 400hp out of this little 5.2s! Boost them and can make a ton of power they love boost. Why were you thinking Cummins swap?
It's got a really stout bottom end. You'll want a gurtle for anything crazy, but below 700whp it's not really a big deal. Biggest issue is the heads flow like dog crap.

@@RacingRamFam Just an old design. If you get a set of Indy X, Edelbrock, or even Engine Quest they have a significant increase in flow.
It's just a mass produced emissions standard head. The exhaust side is okay, but the intake isn't great. The kegger is also a bad flow design.
Nice! How about trick flow? They sell a set of heads for our magnum and look pretty sweet
You don’t think you’ll end up heat soaking your intake tube being that close to the header vband? My stock truck loves 93 octane, preforms totally different.
A little but I’ll def keep a eye on intake air temp while tuning it and if there too high I’ll reroute it

I own a 1996 Dodge ram Indy with 60,000 miles and I've been looking into twin turbo kits can you give me some thought on that I don't want my turbos sticking out the hood I want everything under the hood

3.55 for right now and the wimpy 231 prob will break then upgrade to a 2500 one see how that does!
@Racingramfam replace that 231d with the 241d asap. That build will produce more torque on launch than that transfer case is rated for. Rating is 1800 lbs. a bone stock 318 in the 98 models practically make that on launch plus some depending on rear end size
