From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. The series stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, John Krasinski as Jim Halpert, Jenna Fischer as Pam Beesly and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute.

I once worked at a job where more hours were spent on quirky activities than actual work 😂 moved on for better pay but those were fun times

i just had a realization that kids growing up won't have that experience of waiting for the dvd to perfectly slot into the corner of the tv and it saddened me more then it should've so much so that it almost brought tears to my eyes
A lot of kids won't experience the satisfaction of a rewound VHS tape, or setting a record needle down perfectly.
@@DK-nv9zu I loved it when I found out you could use a pencil to rewound a cassette tape cause using my finger made it sore eventually I did it just cause I was bored
Michael Scott was indeed the best boss in the world. The Scranton Branch had the highest sales record despite pranks and distractions. Yes, sometimes Michael was on 🔥
It's because people work better when they have fun. Pranks, jokes etc help them get through the day and do good work

I FINALLY got on The Office train. I just finished the series yesterday and loved every minute of that show. Dwight did carry that show. He was the best and all of Jim's pranks on him. Great show and ill definitely be binge watching it again sometime.
Been a fan for a little over five years now (got hooked after my senior year of high school). Glad you got on the train too; this is seriously one of the best shows of all time!

I love the fact that the show implies that it’s these alternative routes of fun and entertainment, are not only the only difference between this branch and the others but the very reason they are so successful.

They don’t do their jobs yet they are the best selling branch in all of Scranton
They are the only branch in Scranton at all. But they are the best seeling branch in the NE of the USA
makes sense.....paper sells itself. paper for a 80s company was like water to the average person
This show is set in 2005 + when paper companies started to go bankrupt due to digitalization, so actually this was the hardest time to sell paper. You thought this show is set in 80s lol?
