The series stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, John Krasinski as Jim Halpert, Jenna Fischer as Pam Beesly and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute.

Dwight being sweet to Pam was so underrated. His joy with his Dwight Bobblehead was so surprising and Michael’s proposal to Holly always puts a smile on my face💕🌈
No, it's not. It's even addressed by the show. It was always very clear that while Dwight hated Jim, he never hated Pam.

The office is one of the best entertainment ever. Thank you for keeping it alive even if I’m watching the same scenes over and over and over again.
I frickin' love Dwight. He's so lovely. Also, Michael and Holly's proposal scene is wonderful! I think it's even nicer when both go down to their knees, instead of only the one proposing with the ring. Just a beautiful scene through and through!

Why was Pam crying?
She realized that by giving Jim advice on how to mend the disagreement he had with Karen, she was working against her self-interests. Remember how excited Pam was that Jim was returning from Stamford when that branch closed, only to have an icy bucket of water dumped on her when she learned Jim was seeing Karen?
