I am so impressed with this company. I always wear bangs, but I’m gonna give it a shot and walk out side. And once it’s really on my head and not on a mannequin, I could play around with it more but I’m super impressed with this company. They sent clips. I think it was a 3 deal package. Just today I started playing around with it and I could not be happier. And I don’t know what I’m doing. That’s why I’m here to learn. But it works.

how does this get cleaned? i have this and in the long run, it'll start smelling like burnt hair (the smell gets worse). the smell might get better if we clean it up (as said by the internet, idk if the info is accurate too)
is it safe when the outside(plastic part) touch your scalp while it's on, I'm so nervous that it might sting my scalp,it's my first time using a straightener btw😭
I got one didn't care for it. Tymo was ok still need to use a regular flat iron if you want you're hair really straight tymo is good to get the roots.. also tymo hard to clean
you should never flat iron your hair when there's moisture in it. That's how you damage it you always wanna add heat protection while damp & lock the moisture in with a serum, let your hair soak it in for 20 minutes then blow dry it out
I have a question ~ the instructions say not to use any hair spray or styling before using this brush? So is everyone just using this hot tool on their hair without heat protection?
If by the first question you mean do you use it on wet hair then no. It shouldn’t do as long as you don’t have the setting to high to the point it cooks your hair and you’re worried about heat damage then you should be fine. They have some protective oils that are designed for straightening and blow drying too. But I’ve never really had an issue with having oils in my hair before straightening. The only thing is the burnt smell, but I get that regardless of what I use.

The company says to use a baby wipe to get between the grills after the brush has cooled down a bit.
