The key to transcendence is the ability to shatter the barriers placed on us by our own lack of concentration, various misconceptions and an inability to recognize our own potential. Some people achieve transcendence by focusing on something intensely for an extended period. Some people (like Dr. Prania) think that doing this actually activates previously dormant neural pathways in the brain. There are other possible explanations as well.

I feel a bit silly, because I do not understand this. It seems simple, though I cannot see how and why switching from body mind to quantum field mind can alleviate existential pains?Is that knowing that I am a part of creator should make someone feel better? But your frequent reference to Vedanta and Getha makes me to put these questions. Why don't you criticize the four Varnas, mentioned in the Rig Vedha and Bhagavat Geetha? Advaitha is good. But Adi Sankara in application has advocated the Four Varnas. And the Brahminical hierarchy. Why are you keeping a convenient silence about them? I am sorry. Take my doubts in the right sense.
