- The Drifters make an appearance here with Johnny Moore singing splendidly, as always. Moore however makes the critical mistake of trying to get the tweenyboppers in the audience to clap along, and they can't seem to get it together. Still, Moore sings the song with a sense of humour, seasoned pro that he is. The single "Hello Happiness" was a hit single.

I could listen to the late great Johnny Moore all day. This 1976 classic is just so infectious, the Drifters make me smile, they lift my spirits, the lyrics and the soulful groove are just so positive. Bless you guys for continuing to light up my life.

Johnny Moore is my favourite ever, I love john darrel moore he died the year i was born in 1998 and it has broken my heart, really how many times can a girl cry, some people call him the short, bald, fat guy from the drifters, but to me he is handsome and he died WAY to early at 64 yrs, thats why my name is love-died-at-birth, work it out

I have seen them at Lakeside country club frimley green 3 times now and they are fab, is always a gr8 show, they are there every year, I love the drifters.

YES Johnny Moore the last remaining Drifters is now gone. He was the only person that ensured you that you were watching the original group. I used to see them at The Grand Theatre in Blackpool when they toured. Sadly missed!!!!
