    I always used to listen to affirmations, nature sounds or gentle music falling asleep, but now I mostly use MindSync and Inner Voice.
    Thank you Jennifer and Kaj for the idea of imprinting SLEEP. But instead of SLEEP, I’m going to start imprinting my daughter’s dinner beverage with a SEFI sleep playlist to see if it will help her get to bed earlier.

    My tip for great sleep would be to listen to the tones of inner voice. I love doing that as I’m laying in bed and I often just fall asleep before it’s over. I find that to be extremely helpful to get my body to just calm down! But my favorite, absolute favorite way to fall asleep is at the ocean, listening to the waves, and feeling warm air, blowing over my skin!

    My favorite way to better my sleep is, right before bed I write down everything that makes l’m thinking about that’s lingering from the day, to get on paper and out of my head. I write down what I’m grateful for as well as some intentional, calming breathing exercises. I am looking forward to trying the Sleep product.

    I struggled with Insomnia for years. Within about 3 weeks of using the Inner Voice and Sleep Sefis, that cycle was broken and remains a year later. SLEEP will be icing on the cake for liver detox support!

    3 things that I do for a good nights sleep are; a quick 4 - 6 mins Tabata exercises; cool dark room; and 8 deep breaths of Dream aroma therapy spray. Last night was my first night of 'Sleep spray'. Thank you, I woke us before the alarm went off and was ready for a wonderful day. 😍 Veronica Claytemple

    My favorite way to better sleep is sleeping grounded. I use a grounding sheet and releasing everything on my mind to God. Rita Martens

    Using my amber glasses after dark and following a routine to wind down, including some reading. Have to admit I have been using Sleep from Solex for about a week and a half and my sleep app is showing that I am getting better quality sleep. THANKS SOLEX.

    Loved this segment in the DOD!!! Sleep is key for healing, I love that this new product is focused on a new way to look at sleep & healing!
    My routine lately has been a camomile tea with Salt & magnesium before bed. I’ve been sleeping through the night and love how much more refreshed I feel. I’ve not hit the 9&1/2 hours yet. So some SOLEX sleep would be welcomed at my house ✅ 💤

    I like the soft silk sleep mask to block out all light when I can't be in a completely dark room. The best one I have tried is from Swanick. I also like the red light glasses an hour before bed to block blue light when I need to be on my computer, looking at my phone or even watching TV.

    My favorite tip is to lower the temperature in your room for optimal sleep. I like sleeping cooler but not as low an 68. I’m going to lower the temperature a couple degrees and see what happens. Thank you for a fabulous addition to our arsenal.

    Best ideas for a great sleep are routine, no eating 3 hours before, a calm space and inner voice harmonics

    I have the best sleep when I take the time and wind down from my day by reducing any blue light after dark to help my circadian rhythm, I have red light or amber bulbs on while I'm getting ready. once I'm ready to sleep I get into my Linen Bed sheets, Linen is a high vibrational fabric that promotes healing while I rest too. I love my sheets makes a huge difference in quality of sleep and now with Sleep supplement too its complete mastery!

    The best remedy for anything is usually a great nights sleep. We need to sleep so we get REM where our bodies can heal. In order to get quality sleep, we must prepare for good sleep. That means we put our phones away, turn off the television at least 39-45 minutes from your preset or routine sleep time. I turn on the sleep frequency setting nightly on my AOScan. I sometime drink a relaxing tea, gently massage my core body and meditate on my gratefulness. I usually do not need to go thru the complete list because I fall asleep. Now, I cannot wait to try SLEEP. Thanks SOLEX.

    Since I started listening to audio Bible at bedtime I sleep really well. But I would love to have the Sleep spray for those 'full moon' times on occasion.

    Definitely looking forward to trying SLEEP! I have always had issues with sleep. Menopause has made this an even bigger problem. I limit blue light 2 hours before sleeping, make sure the bedroom is a cool temperature and use blackout curtains. A noise maker is a must in the background as well since I am a light sleeper. I always run SEFI sleeping frequencies every night as well.

    My tip for good sleep is to turn the temperature down, to listen to my tones with my earbuds all through the night, and two have a set time to go to bed. And now I can add a fourth one and that is to take sleep by Solex. So grateful.

    I love taking magnesium before bed and also I try to go to bed around the same time every night to keep my body the the rhythm of the sleep, wake cycle in my body !

    My favorite tip for great sleep: LESS Melatonin is Better!!! I did not know that and I added Melatonin to help me sleep, instead of some of the other supplements.. Thank you for the amazing SLEEP product!! I am so excited to be able to sleep a full night!!!

    I like to sleep in a cold room with blankets, in a hoodie so my ears and neck stay warm. I use a grounding mat, sleep mask, and white noise. I'm a choosy sleeper!

    I have found vagus nerve stimulation exercises along with deep breathing to be very good at relaxing the body & helping me to stay asleep throughout the night. I can’t wait to add Solex Sleep to the mix - I’m very excited about the milk thistle in there!

    Hmmm... only one sleep tip?! 😂 I'd say it's clearing my heart & mind of the debris from the day. Making notes of things to attend to the next day, any forgiveness where needed (including to self!) and a bit of gratitude journaling.

    Before going to bed, I like to pray and read my Bible,
    then use my hot tub, then my massage chair,
    then my AO Infinity Wand,
    then turn on my Sefi Playlist for Night time,
    check the locks, turn off the lights
    and have a great night's sleep!!! 😴

    9 1/2 hours of sleep sounds so amazing . I have tried so many options.I love going to bed listening to the Word of God, No blue light, grounding mat, Listening to inner voice, sleepy time tea, so many more. I have been a night owl most of my life. It would be so wonderful to be able to go to sleep and rest all night. Excited to try Sleep. 🙌👏🙌

    In this video I love the room temperature for better sleep also keeping electronic devices out of my sleep area. I often soak my feet in warm water and do a little reflexology with homemade cbd salve on my feet I always sleep better

    In 3 words: Sleep EZ Playlist👍 💯 - I actually started Sleep EZ groups because I had such great experience with it and guess what? After I did the groups , some people that were using sleeping aides realized they didn’t need them anymore . True story!

    What I love doing to help sleep is a nice cool room, 20 minutes on my PEMF Mat and no blue light in order to help the circadian rhythm. Sometimes I will put my red light/NIR on my chest to help increase melatonin. 😁
