Kid Freeze was never at Dynamic practices because he was sleeping over my house every weekend in the Bronx. Me and Kid Freeze would practice in my lobby and Trac2 would help us improve our moves.
This Action Chino Lopez from the original FLOORMASTERS and The Incredible New York City Breakers i give Victor Glyde much respect and credit but we Battled our asses off that Day my opinion we Definitely kicked ass but it was an fantastic Battle Vic has his own History as we all Do so not to dispute Him but i come from True Bronx Bboy Heritage The Seven Deadly Sins...🔥🔥🔥
all doe the windmill form its existed before breakin maybe it was adopted by him in the 80's but wushu aka kung fu had it in it we named whirlpool ,,,he didn't just came up with moves with out reference there its no such thing as an absolute vacuum glide better get over himself, a bit,, i starred way before glyde 78 was just my manifestation ..more like early 70's imitating kung fu movies to the point of doing it everyday competing ,,you may call it pre cursors what not,
Yo.. it’s crazy how all these old school cats… act like they were the best. I’ve had conversations with Legs, Lep, Kid Freeze, frosty. And so many cats in NY. They all say the same thing. Rsc was wack, NYCB was wack, Dynamic was wack. We were the best. 😂😂😂😂 it’s wild. This guy claiming he created the windmill. After 45 plus years? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Also there’s evidence of Dynamics influence out there like crews that imitated their dressing style as well a moves like the shoe laces on the pants etc.
Dynamic dynamic dynamic....ya all know we took them out right ..from style wars awesome.....man I'm an old school bboy from UK I had some converted vhs videos nobody else has it inspired me to become good at breaking....I had a video of dynamic rockers dancing training to grace Jones nipple to the bottle song listen dynamic rockers to me were the best break dance crew peri od....when I saw them breaking to the break called cavern the white lines break wow that inspired me to do tick head spin wearing doo tag and black Lee means wow....icy ice he was the first I see doing halos ever if you look carefully in beat street at the end on clear see through stage icy does couple halos into head glide awesome I also got a move called flares into drop in and pop out into atomic boom....also question who was a breaker called FREDDY FRESH?
no i think he did during the end of the battle . But again I do believe the dude in the video invented it because legs never did the windmill that good . Update : After looking at earlier footage of rock steady crew specifically I realized that even though Legs couldn't do the windmill that good he was able to do the movement even years before beat street . Not windmill all the way but they movement that could lead to that continuous spinning, but he just uses this ability in his own style and flavour . And I also saw some dude from Dynamic Rockers with a afro do a shit windmill in their discotheque battle from Style wars so let's not give credit to do amic rockers either. The creator of the windmill looks like neither of them
@titto2602 Oh, im not disagreeing at all. Everyone in beat street that did windmils, including rock steady, did them better than legs. Im just saying he does do them. Hes the only guy that goes out 3 times.
@titto2602 kuriaki, action, pex, they all had waaaay cleaner mills than legs. I really cannot say who invented it but i wouldnt be surprised if crews like Dynamic and NYCB were doing them before rock steady
Muy buena entrevista, muchas gracias!

So good, It is a meaning interview to learning correct knowledge and history.
I think, it is meaningful to pursue truth.
May god bless your activity.

Every time you looked at Dynamic Rockers, they had new people. They had a hard time keeping the original crew together. Respect and Love to them.
Dynamic Dynamic Dynamic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember Glyde's name being tied to the inventor of it.
Because of dynamic rockers I used to rock a doo rag...when breaking
the best b-boys crew of all time was Twinkle Toes from staten Island

@@sliderx1897 oh, I don't know man I must have misread that. Who do you think invented it though honestly? I am skeptical
@@sliderx1897 there is no way Legs could windmill better than Kuriaki. Kuriaki did it better than all of them I believe
@titto2602 kuriaki, action, pex, they all had waaaay cleaner mills than legs. I really cannot say who invented it but i wouldnt be surprised if crews like Dynamic and NYCB were doing them before rock steady
Puerto Ricans in the beginning of hip hop 🇵🇷
nope, actually
ricans are the first culture vultures
Hip Hop didn't begin in the 80's or late 70's.
