Tyler-------don't forget to cut back some of those stumps you made on the way down to the creek......once covered in snow, they'll cause you a nasty fall if you trip over them while hidden.
Next year before the apples bloom flowers, you could get a beehive and have the best honey from all those apple trees. Another goldmine. I hear such excitement in your voice today. So happy for you.
I bet if you had a metal detector you'd find even more things. You're doing a great job revitalizing you're new homestead. Kudos! 👍 Take care, Tyler & Dobby! We're happy for you!
You mentioned spray foam (expensive and difficult to make structural repairs after). I do it myself so I know how great it is... used polyiso foam board "cut to fit" but leave a gap around the entire perimeter and use expanding foam in just that gap. You get air tight, removable if needed, R6 per inch moisture proof, inexpensive insulation!
I bought a 3 season cabin in Maine and slowly been winterizing it. I had a company put in spray foam and it's a game-changer. . .I love how it moderates the temps and lessens electric bills, and seals up to keep the wasps and bugs out. (Very expensive, though, requires vehicle access, and I still have mice.) Rigid XPS panels or rock wool with a vapor barrier would be good, too. I'd do a half-wall between the kitchen and the living room to facilitate air flow and avoid claustrophobia but still define the spaces and give places for tables and storage. Congrats on the viewer numbers. (It might be because of Dobby, of course!)
I didn't take any pictures of my cabin, but here's another guy in Canada who had spray foam installed in his container/small house build. ruclips.net/video/z5EPqIGBn4s/видео.html
For walls I'd use Roxul. Mold / fire proof and pests don't like it. Spray foam is epxensive and the truck can't get to you. Attic blown in is best, but batt insulation will work. You'd want a vapor barrier (6mil) in between ceiling boards and insulation. Not sure if there's one now. A fair amount of cost and work but worth it in the long run to insulate properly.
Having at least one closed area gives you a great, safe storage space. Because its inside it can also be used for anything else in future if you build an outdoor shed for storage, it gives you the option of deciding later if you need it.👍
You are doing an amazing job at clearing the land toward the creek.. with the winter coming have you gathered enough wood . The leaves are turning a beautiful colour. Until your next project take care and be safe.(Judy NB)🌲🇨🇦
Tyler, you have over 12,000 subscribers now! The place is starting to look really good. It's like a treasure trove Love love the fact you had to give Dobby a kiss as the as you couldn't high five her❤ Your excitement and enthusiasm is so uplifting. Unfair you have left us on such a cliff hanger on what the locals have said about the place!!!
I think you could build a ram pump to bring water up from the creek to a storage tank at the cabin. It would need to be a long one to get the water up the hill but it might be possible.
I’ll assume you aren’t living in the cabin this winter. Foundation and access road would be my priority. Develop that pool and possibly divert water during high water times to stay on the other side of the wall. Be a nice spot for a bath! So jealous, mate!
You must have already got this suggestion but With that creek, a water turbine would give you free electricity. Keep up the good work, you’re an inspiration for my own move to nature
One room closed off to store things/supplies is good for visual quietness. In seeking a relaxed living area having less for your eye to land on is restful for the mind. Just something to think about.
Hey tyler, the bathroom I wud have as a back door entrance and incorporate another Veranda porch onto the back of the house, the view out back where the stream is, is just as amazing as the front of the house, and will open ideas to adding a outdoors kitchen/ pizza oven or outdoor shower 🚿 etc …. excited to see your journey week by week! Good luck my friend! 🙌👏🤗
Everything looks great. You're doing a fantastic job. What you and a lot of other people call a stone wall is actually a stone fence. They were created when the land was cleared and plowed. The plowing brought up the stones and rocks. As the people cleared the fields, they made rows. Sometimes, they used them also to make areas for cattle and in places would leave openings. There, they made gates, usually with tree trunks. Cattle were unable to climb over the stone fences. Other times, they used the stone fences and property lines. So yes, it was most likely some type of farm. There is a whole history about stone fences. In the future, your stream may be a way to have a turbine for power. A babbling Brook has a way of soothing ones soul.
Thank you so much for this my friend! I’m finding the land/farming parts very interesting and enjoyable to learn. So much for our soul in the great outdoors. Cheers! 🙏
Would not use sprayfoam to insulate. It can be very toxic, especially since you have a dog. Better use rockwool with barrier. For the roof, make a wooden cross pattern on the ceiling, like 23 inches apart, about the with of the rockwool insulation with, roll it out. It will lay on the wooden rack you made. Now close the ceiling like it is now. Go for the thickest insulation you can afford. For the underside of the cabin it is best to close off the sides a little bit, this limits the cold a little bit, keep a little draft for moisture. Then next year when you have time you can insulate the bottom, but do not use sprayfoam because that stuff sucks up moisture and that is bad for the wood.
Priorities: please get the roof done! Follow that with the foundation. Then the walls and insulation, then everything else. Apart from that, it's looking really good. Wish I could be with you there!
Amazing job clearing the land, but you really should be making your home weather tight and insulated for the coming winter. Stockpile wood, water and food because it will be arduous with deep snow on the ground. Best wishes from the United Kingdom. 🇬🇧
Hi to Tyler & Dobby from Florida. New subscriber here. This is an ambitious project and it is such beautiful property! I love the creek and the fall colors of the trees! My thoughts are that you have a small cabin and removing the walls that you safely can, will open it up and make it feel bigger. I agree that the kitchen should be in that right corner, maybe put a knee wall with counter space to separate if you want. I think it will heat more evenly in the winter also. Foam boards might solve your attic insulation problem. They aren't heavy but you might need to strap them onto a little red wagon to get them to the cabin!😂 I look forward to watching you transform this awesome place!✌💜👍
Excellent job Tyler…AND Dobby! 🐶☺️👏 Remember to harvest the larger branches for firewood down the track 👍 it all looks amazing too!! Love the sound of that running water…Dobby is a little treasure 💕🐶
I started subscribing two weeks ago, i stumbled across you on RUclips…loved all your content, seeing your hard work and learning of your struggles…you have lots of folks behind you who care about you, Dobby and want to see you succeed!!! I think you should start selling apples and applesauce, please watch the movie Baby Boom!
There may be some wisdom in burning your stove in (gets rid of the spray paint chemicals) while it’s still warm enough to have the doors and windows open. Excited for you - this is a bucket list life for me - grateful to be able to see you bring this back to life.
Inspiring people to leave the hustle bustle and own their own land. Wife and i are doing the same thing atm with trying to find the last place we will ever move.
You have a gold mind in those apple trees. Did you know that Apple cider Vinegar is so healthy and you can make it right now with some of those apples? Simply use a canning jar, fill it 3/4 full of unwashed ripe off of the tree apples yes the whole thing cut up, add sugar water till jar is 1 to 1 1/2 inch from top of jar(1 tablespoon of sugar per cup of water-filtered or unbleached and un-chlorinated), place cloth on top with a rubber band (to keep bugs out, but let gasses escape) for 6 weeks, Stirring it every day with a Wooden Spoon (important) for 2 weeks, then 6 weeks later strain out the apples and put the cloth back on it and let it sit another 3-4 months, now ready. Note, a scoibby may form which is the mother and is excellent. Why is it so good? Full of good bacteria for the gut and so much more. Watch about on "Dr Eric Berg" YT and how to make on one of these YT videos, "Off Grid with DOUG & STACY", "Homesteading Family", or "Mary's Nest". Also, when your living their full time you could have animals that eat the bugs. Like ducks and chickens. You have a gold mind in the grass areas all around the trees. Watch on YT "Justin Rhodes" to see his Chick-shaw and how easy it is to use and make. I am so excited for you. Love the sound of the water. I would sit there every day, so peaceful. One of Nature's gifts.
100% I would invest all my budget into tearing things down to the studs, sealing and insulating (spray foam ideally). Your location and project will continue to grow and draw viewers (if you continue) which will bring funds for finishing layers and a new metal roof. Love that you are sharing your journey on such a beautiful property with us. I appreciate your time, and the adventure.
There should be a ring that goes around the chimney up top on your roof, if the silicone is old water will run straight down the pipe and drip like yours is, I had excact same issue as u and at first I also thought it was the flashing, worth a look:)
Tyler if you can bare in mind that when you remove trees the ground will get very wet, Trees drink a lot of water every day so help with the drainage . Once the ground is wet it won't take long for it to become mud particularly if it has any sort of traffic over it human or otherwise. However good luck with your project.
Great watching your channel grow, we have been watching you for about 4 weeks now, very very jealous of your choice of land and house, from the UK here, love watching people live the dream, keep up the good work
Love the old dumping spots that you find before garbage pick up was a thing. My old house had the most amazing stash of old bottles and just random things thrown away. Live in your cabin for a time before deciding where everything should go. I made a LOT of mistakes cause I was so eager to just do the things. As before, I love your videos and look forward to seeing what another week brings!
Your humbleness and gratitude are inspiring. You are such a sweet spirit. Thank YOU for showing us your struggles and triumphs. I am grateful to you that I can sit in my living room in Oklahoma and enjoy this wonderful place with you and Dobby. I am happy that you got the stove going. I was concerned that Dobby might get cold while watching you work😆
Go ahead Tyler. It's important that you fix the cabin supports a little before winter, get some wood and take easy. We're with you.Dobby is great.Greetings from Ontario.
I was looking for this comment. The cabin support pilings are in horrible shape and I hope he gets them addressed sooner than later. Likely going to take a big jack, or some serious Backcountry Engineering.
I appreciate all your hard work on this land. It's fun to watch. It looks like a beautiful piece of property but not being able to drive in - wow. You're a trooper! Keep up the good work!
Highly recommend using rockwool as insulation - it doesn't sag, pests don't like living in it, it doesn't hold/trap water and its more fire retardant. On the flip side pests love foam board and spray foam and it traps water and is extremely flammable.
First of all congrats on gaining a bigger audience. Your journey definitely speaks to us more than you think. The clearing of the smaller tress is a huge transformation! Looks awesome! When I saw the water on both sides of that narrow island I immediately though that it would make a great natural support for a walkable bridge to the other side. As far as the burls. They are usually formed when there is an injury to the tree and it heals. I actually do custom woodwork/carpentry for a living. Yes the wood inside is beautiful and can be expensive.
My current bridge building skills are to cut down a tree and place a few logs going across haha but someday I will be the best bridge builder! The rock wall goes quite a ways in both directions. There’s a spot further down where the rocks weren’t there and that’s where the water flowed to the other side but it looks like it was on purpose as there were a few pails near by in the dirt.
It just looks better every week! Congrats on the early success, living what MANY of us would call a dream life. It's too late for some of us to escape the rat race, so we'll be here for yours. Crank out the vids my dude!
Wow, Tyler 😁🤗 it’s looking amazing..you are doing such a good job..🤗👍🏻 that is an absolutely amazing property you have bought..🤗 I was wondering if you have any brook trout in the brook? Fresh bread, beans and fresh brook trout..yummy🤗😁 have a good week Tyler, can’t wait to see what’s coming for us next week..😁
🙏 Not that I’ve seen in either Creek out back or the Brook in front. There is definitely trout around I just need to find the spots. There’s lakes on top of those hills so there’s spots for sure! ❤️🐾
Your Cabin and property is absolutely gorgeous OMG!❤❤❤ my suggestion would be to knock down the wall where you want the kitchen and take out the insulation and redo the insulation and put the kitchen in that area and have an open-concept to the rest of the cabin and keep the storage room as a storage room and possibly if you wanted to make it a place for when you can start canning food if you have a garden and you want to start canning your food from your garden
Here in Canada we have 2x6 outer walls. Creates more space for insulation. Easy to adapt existing 2x4 walls by adding a 2x2 to each stud. On the ceiling, that ceiling may look cool but I'd replace with a flat ceiling so can get more insulation up there. Don't forget vapour barrier and roof and soffit vents, I noticed you don't have those. You need to promote air circulation to avoid condensation and mold.
You’ve got an amazing work ethic and attitude, Tyler! Keep it up! Sure wish you didn’t have to hike along that trail everyday. And we love your companion! Cheers from the other end of our beautiful country - BC!
My grandmother grew up in Iona. I remember as a kid we would visit the old homestead and Nan telling me story's of a few draft dodgers that had been living on the homestead. Found it interesting when you mentioned the same. I just wanted to say, you're an inspiration. Brave step you're taking. Loving your videos.
My chill spot would be right beside the creek. Chairs, a table, foot stools and a rock pit to make a fire in to cook with or just hang out at the creel and beside the fire. Forgot, A HAMMOCK. 😊
Great to hear the happiness in your voice. You have not mention your bedroom? Cabin looking Great!! My thoughts are, build your kitchen around the heater area, then you will have open lounge and kitchen, bedroom on one side and storage on the other side. Can't wait to hear all the news
try to save some of those dry wall sheets for the future kitchen area ... enjoying these videos so much ,well done you have great stamina & determination
I think the kitchen wall (your new idea for where it should go) should come down. Personally I would leave up the wall for the bedroom and potential bathroom. Maybe not necessary if it's just you there but if you have company, ever rent it out, etc., having a private space could be important. Just my two cents, whatever you choose will be awesome. Congrats on everything you are doing and the explosive growth of your channel. It shows that you are connecting with people, and we're there with you every step of this journey! Mike in California.
dang you officially can say to anyone "I am what lazy does not look like" and your age you are doing it......I am so happy to see how much you have accomplished since last video and excited to hear about the land from the past....as for the wall, I would ask yourself is it important or not...being one person I would not mind seeing it gone, don't need to clean something that is not necessary really. keep on keeping on young man I am in awe for you, with you and to you...all good vibes...amazing
I am so enjoying your video ventures. Glad to see your spirits lifted and watching all your hard work paying huge dividends. Your once rough homestead is slowly turning into a beautiful place of peace solace. I want to wish you and Dobby all the best! Jimbo in Southeast Texas.
I’m so excited for you Tyler. It sounds like your new home has quite a history to it. Can’t wait to hear the stories. Clearing the land down to the creek is a great idea. Not the least of which, it will allow you and the deer 🦌 to get used to each other. When do you plan to start living there in the cabin instead of your van? Until next time, take care, and pat sweet little Dobby for me. Cheers from Australia 👏🏻🇦🇺🦘
So very glad others are finding your channel so quickly. Having had acreage in the past i was delighted as you explained your vision for the land but have to admit I smiled to myself as although you are a minimalist... you will still going to need a fairly big shed to keep all the stuff just to tend the land and to store apples.
The land looks so amazing now that you have begun to clear out some things. The colours of your trees are stunning. Your plans for the future are very exciting. How much you have changed in such a short time. Such positivity is wonderful and I. Very happy for you and Dobby. It’s a shame that you have no easy way to get up to your cabin.I. Sure you will work things out in your own time. I love your new seat, the sound of the running water is very peaceful.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Looking good. For the storage room/wall question.... I have a off grid place. It's one room with a loft. I found I really wanted to get the chain saw, small generator, gas, weed wacker, ropes, axe, shovels and rakes out of the room. I built a small "generator shed" detached from the cabin. Its 75 feet away from the cabin. This keeps the gas and that stuff outside where it belongs. I did keep inside an old dresser that we use as an inside tool and supplies storage location. We don't like to much stuff so this was a good solution for us. Take care.
Awesome video Tyler. What a special tranquil spot you have. The view is breathtaking for sure. Can’t wait to see the changes you make to the cabin. Thanks for sharing. Dobby rocks!
Standard DIY attic insulation is either fiberglass or rockwool. You might want rockwool. It's slightly more expensive than fiberglass, but if it gets wet it still performs well. Before you install new insulation, please consider if you're rodent-proof. Mice love to burrow into insulation, and this is extra problematic in rural areas, so patch holes with sturdy things (like hardware cloth) before adding your insulation. Mice can eat through spray foam, so you can use that to fill small cracks, but don't use it alone for large holes and cracks. Other insulation options exist. Spray foam is great but how will you install it? Hauling in tanks sounds troublesome, and you can't hire a company to go there. Cellulose would be hard to install for similar reasons. Styrofoam/XPS/EPS is possible but expensive. Then there are less common options, which could be even more expensive. If your plan is to regularly heat the place in the winter, you will want to insulate it at some point. When researching, make sure to consider your climate. Best practices vary depending on your "climate region" or "climate zone". Reputable websites should mention this information, so if you're browsing and don't see it, consider looking elsewhere. Also, remember that for insulation the overall house is the thing to consider. If you have a super insulated roof but single pane windows and poorly insulated walls, maybe that's not a great way to spend your money. Improving the weakest points will give you the biggest improvements. Stove pipe clearances are typically stated by the stove pipe manufacturer. It will depend if your stove pipe (the part that goes through the ceiling and roof) is single walled or double walled, for example. This type of information is easily available with a web search, once you know what kind of stove pipe you have.
I just discovered your videos and what I love most is your honesty about your mental health. Thank you for letting us know we are not alone. Seeing your excitement for sharing future videos about what you have discovered about your property and the surrounding area brings us joy and hope. Thank you for taking us along!
Seems to be coming together. Lots of work still ahead but taking I slow insures it's done right the first time. Can't wait to hear the stories. Stay safe. 🙏🙏
Tyler, love how you are growing into the place and the place is becoming one with you. Step by step you are making the place your own. So damn proud of you. I can just imagining you sitting on the porch watching the sunrise throughout the year. You are incredible.
Good job! You might want to also remember to upload your videos on Patreon too (better comment moderation). Watching your “adventure hike” into the property, you might want to grab a hoe or a mattock occasionally to make some improvements to the path and make your life easier, especially when winter comes. For insulation, I’d go with rockwool over spray foam, simply because you always end up with waste with the spray foam and then you have to deal with that. However, with the mouse situational using steel wool and spray foam in the cracks and ingress points is a win, win! And if you can get the foil backed rockwool that’s even better.
Thanks for this! Yes, I’m still trying to figure out Patreon. It was more meant as a way to support(hence just $1). It also only allows 2 minutes for video uploads which sucks but yes I need to figure that part out. I did a few videos but couldn’t upload them there and when you upload a scheduled video it doesn’t give you a link until it’s live, unless I upload as private?? Also, trying to figure out the RUclips Membership. Bare with me! We’re getting there 🙏❤️
Leaps and bounds young one.The yards clearing with orchards sloping, river defining. All the cabins work! Chipping away,a bit at a time, projects getting done. The stove looks 100% better. Pipe straight, clean and painted ready to provide you with life saving heat.Perhaps that roof pipe need a special cap to deflect the hard rain away, keep it from seeping down.Make sure flashing is secure, watertight and you'll be ok It was a sizeable amount, you can only hope you won't have to open roof and examine water damage, water source What ever you do now,you won't have to do later,so it's good you're thinking it all thru al and doing the best job on each task You cut down a lot of small windbreak trees,a lot of flowering one that support the bees that you'll need for the apples pollination, careful to always balance not just see profitable areas. It is an amazing piece of land I'm dor glad someone who cares, has energy and awesome plans is the new land steward- owner The deer eat tender tree shoots, bark of trees, several other animals.I know you liked the tree stand be excellent to have a natural reason for them to come into your yard, be standing still and...best of luck
Tyler-------don't forget to cut back some of those stumps you made on the way down to the creek......once covered in snow, they'll cause you a nasty fall if you trip over them while hidden.
Your excitement, gratitude and enthusiasm came through loud and clear Tyler. Your homestead is transforming before our eyes! Hi Dobby 🖤
You sound so different in this video than your first “property” videos. You sound happy and excited! We are all rooting for you!
Next year before the apples bloom flowers, you could get a beehive and have the best honey from all those apple trees. Another goldmine. I hear such excitement in your voice today. So happy for you.
Now that the sun is there it makes it worth the cold, snow & rain. You’ve done a great job on clearing the brush& trees !

I’ll find that tractor someday! ❤️🙏
Your fireplace turned out great. I think insulation should be a high priority project since winter is just around the corner.
Most definitely

Best wishes from the UK
definitely a far cry from the toilet lid stuck on the bookshelf!! 🎉 Congrats, and Nice Work!!! 😃
Hahahahah
@@tyleranddobby hee hee Is that like palindrome laughter? same forwards as backwards... 🤪
A RAM pump set up from the creek to run water up closer to the cabin could be a project that helps quality of life… give Dobby a “atta boy” for me.
could build a ram pump to collect the creek water and fill a huge water tank or even a few water IBC totes for your shower water :)
I’ll assume you aren’t living in the cabin this winter. Foundation and access road would be my priority. Develop that pool and possibly divert water during high water times to stay on the other side of the wall. Be a nice spot for a bath! So jealous, mate!
I had my headphones on and the sound of the running water in the creek is so soul-soothing ❤ Thank you for that!

So much better clearing it out, it makes the water more visible from the cabin, and the area more usable.👍
descubri tu canal y me encanta lo que haces , como plantesa areglar y vivir , sitio magnifico
Good job on the woodstove. A ram pump in that brook would get water to the house without any electricity!
Peaceful road x

There should be a ring that goes around the chimney up top on your roof, if the silicone is old water will run straight down the pipe and drip like yours is, I had excact same issue as u and at first I also thought it was the flashing, worth a look:)
for the kitchen cut the wall down and make a big counter space....put some bar stools there also.
With cabinets underneath!
Tyler if you can bare in mind that when you remove trees the ground will get very wet, Trees drink a lot of water every day so help with the drainage . Once the ground is wet it won't take long for it to become mud particularly if it has any sort of traffic over it human or otherwise. However good luck with your project.
Does life get any better than that? No! Not possible..
Ram pump and a large tank . You would be set for water, but not in winter ❤
People want to dream. We live in urban America and we dream of being rural again!
Great watching your channel grow, we have been watching you for about 4 weeks now, very very jealous of your choice of land and house, from the UK here, love watching people live the dream, keep up the good work
🙏❤️
Love the old dumping spots that you find before garbage pick up was a thing. My old house had the most amazing stash of old bottles and just random things thrown away. Live in your cabin for a time before deciding where everything should go. I made a LOT of mistakes cause I was so eager to just do the things. As before, I love your videos and look forward to seeing what another week brings!
There seems to be a lot of them! Which is fun to find and rummage through. Thanks so much! I appreciate you 🙏❤️
Your humbleness and gratitude are inspiring. You are such a sweet spirit. Thank YOU for showing us your struggles and triumphs. I am grateful to you that I can sit in my living room in Oklahoma and enjoy this wonderful place with you and Dobby. I am happy that you got the stove going. I was concerned that Dobby might get cold while watching you work😆
Water pump? I was thinking apple brandy or moonshine for sure 😀 with those big barrels 🤔
Love the cabin. Can’t wait to watch the progress. ✌🏻
It’s fun to watch the transformation. Thanks for taking us along.
Love love love your cabin in the woods, you would be able to make some wicked hydro electricity with the water running through the creek.
It just looks better every week! Congrats on the early success, living what MANY of us would call a dream life. It's too late for some of us to escape the rat race, so we'll be here for yours. Crank out the vids my dude!
Wow so much work. Go you. Like the new kitchen plan....open the wall between the kitchen and living room
Such a big difference your hard work is showing beautiful place has water deer fruit
🙏
Not that I’ve seen in either Creek out back or the Brook in front. There is definitely trout around I just need to find the spots. There’s lakes on top of those hills so there’s spots for sure! ❤️🐾
@@tyleranddobby awesome, good luck when you do go fishing..😁👍🏻
My two cents. Get a jack to the house to help in managing the foundations.
You are doing a wonderful job! Bravo. And your dog is adorable. You deserve your subscribers and more!! Greetings from Switzerland.
You're doing a great job It just looks better every week!
I absolutely love your videos and I'm excited to see what you do with your new home.
My chill spot would be right beside the creek. Chairs, a table, foot stools and a rock pit to make a fire in to cook with or just hang out at the creel and beside the fire. Forgot, A HAMMOCK. 😊
I can't believe how good everything looks already. I hope you get those foundation pilings remedied soon. Keep at it, you inspire so damn many! 🙂
Should play a guessing game on my age… might surprise you 😉❤️

Your place has potential!
I am so enjoying your video ventures. Glad to see your
spirits lifted and watching all your hard work paying huge
dividends. Your once rough homestead is slowly turning into a beautiful place of peace solace. I want to wish you and Dobby
all the best! Jimbo in Southeast Texas.
Another good video! Super glad I subscribed!
Good morning Tyler and Dobby... sending love to you both from Northern California
Soooo happy and proud for you god bless you take care we love you❤
So very glad others are finding your channel so quickly.
Take care.
Spray foam is a little pricey but you can carry a lot of square footage easily it works over, under, and on walls.
The views are gorgeous! Thanks for taking us to your new favorite spot over the river! Stay safe! Hugs!

Thanks for the update. I’ve been thinking about you and how you’re doing 🙏❤️✨
🙏❤️
Hoping you are well!
Wow! Your property is looking great. It's much more open and bright, and the access to the creek is very nice...a massive improvement!
Things are looking good Tyler. You have great plans and we’ll be here with and for you. Take care🌸
Hello. In the attic, around the chimney, you can use Roxul (rock wool) insulation.
That would be primo idea. But it is expensive. Maybe he has lots of money and will choose the best.
@pattiwhite9575 you only need to have it around the chimney. use less expensive insulation elsewhere.
Living the dream my brother 🤜🤛 🦘🦘🦘
I just discovered your videos and what I love most is your honesty about your mental health. Thank you for letting us know we are not alone. Seeing your excitement for sharing future videos about what you have discovered about your property and the surrounding area brings us joy and hope. Thank you for taking us along!
Thank you so much SJM ❤️🙏
I think I’d keep the walls for now until you get insulated and stuff, I think it would be warmer in the winter 🌸
It is an amazing piece of land I'm dor glad someone who cares, has energy and awesome plans is the new land steward- owner
The deer eat tender tree shoots, bark of trees, several other animals.I know you liked the tree stand be excellent to have a natural reason for them to come into your yard, be standing still and...best of luck
